Gorgeous 3BR Colonial House with a Backyard Oasis

A perfect place to hold our Christmas gathering! We had a couple of minor issues and Carlos was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and just as described. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Just far enough from the hustle of the city, yet still convenient to access all the attractions. Would definitely recommend!

This house looked exactly like all of the photos. Absolutely stunning. 5 miles away from just about everything. Street parking available directly in front of front door all weekend. If we are ever back in DC, we would go back to this property again thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a quick trip to Washington DC to visit our son who is a Marine stationed at Washington DC. Carlos' place was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. We traveled with our kids - ages 18, 18, and 16. Our son was able to stay part of the time also. There was plenty of room for us to be comfortable and relax after a long day of sight seeing. It was nice to have three bathrooms, two of which had showers. We ate breakfast and dinner at the home. We used the outdoor patio area sparingly as it was extremely hot when we were there. Carlos answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We also felt like it was a safe location. We will definitely stay again if we get to travel back to the DC area. I'll include uber time in my review as I look for these things when traveling. It took 30 minutes to get to the Marine Barracks at 8th and I. It took 20 minutes to get to the monuments area. It took 30 minutes from the Ronald Reagan Airport during busy traffic (afternoon) and 20 minutes during early morning.

We loved our stay, the house was beautifully, super clean and excellently outfitted. The outdoor space was beautiful and a treat in a city neighborhood. I would recommend it to anyone with the caveat that it isn't close to the Metro and lots of shops and restaurant - nor is it advertised to be. We drove and the parking at the home couldn't have been easier.

We had such a lovely time in DC! The house was lovely and parking was never an issue. The home was comfortable and check-in and out was efficient. Carlos was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again!

Carlos made it seamless for us to check in and out. We fit our family of 6 comfortably and only took us 15 - 20 minutes to get to DC.

We visited DC with family and in-laws and the home was lovely and very comfortable for us. 20 min north of the Mall and we took uber to see the sights.

This property was a perfect gem for our family to spend a long weekend in DC. It was so clean and comfortable - everything about staying at the property was easy. It was spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to be together and also to have space apart when needed. Carlos is a responsive, communicative host. We enjoyed the location; everything we wanted to see was within 20 minutes. We hope to stay again in a future trip.

We loved our stay at this three-bedroom home in Washington, D.C. The property was exceptionally clean and modern, with bedrooms that were surprisingly spacious for D.C. standards. The shower was absolutely incredible, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing coffee to get us started. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the D.C. area!

Absolutely loved this home! From the minute we walked in, we felt right at home and comfortable. We loved the open space concept downstairs, the well equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. While we didn’t use the awesome back patio area, we would have if we had spent more time in D.C. The area is easily walkable in addition to access to public transportation. Carlos was very communicative and replied quickly to my messages. I will definitely be renting this home for future visits!

We just spent 5 days at this house and it was exactly as listed in the photos. The house was spacious, clean, easy to book into and all of the essentials were provided. We spent time in the backyard and it was quiet as well as safe. I would highly recommend this property. Access to Washington DC is a little tricky but very manageable.
