Stayed Feb 1, 2025We loved the lanai and heated pool! The house had such a cozy feel and we loved the three full baths and the spacious bedrooms. It was well appointed and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the use of the public golf course within .5 miles (our stay was on the 18th hole!) and the price for golf was super reasonable. Enjoyed playing pickleball on the neighborhood courts as well. Location right off of 75 was ideal and the strip mall with Publix and restaurants just up the street was wonderful. Wish it was available for next February…we definitely would have been repeat customers!

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Overall everything was good. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The carpet could use a deep clean or replacement though. We stayed there for 7 weeks and it made a great winter getaway. The pool heater didn’t work so that made it unusable. Also there was no key fob provided to access the community pool or pickle ball courts.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and cookware. The outside area was very nice and a great set up with the bbq and outside dining. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were lots of bed linens and towels. The house was very clean on check in but the carpet could use a good cleaning. We had paid to have the pool heater turned on for 1 week while we had company visiting but the heater did not work. Our heater fees were promptly refunded but we were very disappointed. The pool water level was hard to maintain and we wondered if it was leaking. If anyone is planning to rent and plan to use the pool I would recommend that you check on the pool function first. There was also no fob or card for access to the community pool or pickle ball courts. We were told to check at community centre for each time we wanted to access but the centre had limited hours. Location was great. Just 5 minutes to I75 and 15-20 mins to UTC, Costco, Supermarkets etc.
