Stayed Apr 13, 2025The house had plenty of room and was as advertised. It's located in a nice neighborhood convenient to the D.C. attractions. That being said, it's proximity to the highway made it a bit loud. The house is showing signs of wear and could use some upgrades. The towels were just average and we could have used a few more. All the kitchen drawers and cabinets had crumbs, and the pots and pans had food stuck to them. We have food allergies in our family so we had to scrub everything before using. Lastly, there was a very dried piece of spaghetti stuck to the kitchen ceiling that we scraped off. Overall, we had a nice stay and I would recommend staying here for its size and location.

Stayed May 25, 2024This property was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, extremely clean; within walking distance to two parks with playgrounds, a grocery store, several restaurants, a Metro stop and Metro bus stops. The property manager was easy to reach, gracious and helpful.

Stayed Apr 15, 2024Our family had a wonderful vacation and our home and location was a big part of it! Each of our kids loved having their own room and the home was wonderful, perfectly located, and significantly enhanced our visit. We had considered staying in a hotel and I'm so glad we did not. The metro stop was closer than I expected and the walk each morning and evening was much more pleasant than expected. We got groceries at the nearby Whole Foods and Trader Joes 2 metro stops away. Each day we were all very happy to go out to visit sites but also very happy to come home to this house. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We had a delightful stay at the property. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We felt at home the moment we arrived and were never want for anything. The location was great and super convenient for eating and getting around on public transportation. We were able to have family over that were living in northern VA and it was so nice to have the room to be the hosts. We would gladly come back. Our hosts were attentive and thoughtful. They clearly wanted us to feel at home in their home. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: This home was a very good fit for our family of 7 during our trip to DC for spring break. It offered plenty of room for our 5 kids to spread out after long days seeing the sights of the city. The home is 4 blocks from the metro, making getting into and out of the National Mall convenient and relatively quick. The home is also in a safe neighborhood and relatively close to grocery stores, restaurants and other shops. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone looking for a home to rent.
