Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath gulf front townhome on Navarre Beach

The unit is in general disrepair. I have numerous photos to show the shabby condition. However, the unit was clean and kitchen was well equipped with cooking and eating utensils and appliances. Had it not been, would have requested another unit. I think the cost was too high for the condition of the unit. Send me best email and I’ll send photos.

Location is great, the townhouse has everything you need and everything was clean, it just needs some updating, paint, the deck and stairs have seen beeter days.

We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with all necessities needed for cooking (aside from spices etc).The decor is so cozy and it’s so easy to get out to the beach. The only negative is the stairs.

You easily feel home in that holiday home! It was super good equiped inhouse and for the beach, including 3 bicycles & it was very cosy! The location on the beach couldn´t have been any better!!! The only down point was the weather ;-)! And if you want to complain about something I would mention the veranda door which you couldn ´t look! There was only a stick which you had to place inbetween sliding door and frame. But that worked, too :-) !

But other than a few repairs and updates, the home was fine and comfortable. The mattresses need to be changed.

Great location on the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre is a nice community with beautiful ocean views. Property was very nice and spacious. Comfortable living space with outdoor environment to hang in sunshine or rain.

Great place. Had everything you need and the beach was beautiful.

The location is perfect but the house needs some work. Sheets were stained and the umbrella outside didn’t work. Nothing that truly affected our trip but for the price some little things could be fixed.
