Goose Rocks Beach Family Vacation House !

Property was perfect for our girl’s weekend getaway. So much space, very clean and comfortable.

Such a great location within walking distance to Goose Rocks Beach. This house has everything you need to a group/family vacation at the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything you could need for the beach and plenty of parking. This was our second stay in the last 7 months. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

The host is really easy to work with! This houseis large, and so close to the beach.

Great stay, wonderful small walk to the beach, everything as promised.

My family and I stayed during UNE family weekend this year. The location was spectacular! There was adequate space for our group and we could’ve fit more! We left hoping to book a summer vacation at the spot. Ned was the perfect host!

Excellent location, exactly as advertised. Very comfortable for my family’s long weekend, which included a dog, toddler and infant. Beds were super comfortable, water pressure awesome, everything was clean! Ned was accommodating and responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying at Goose Rocks! The beach was perfect. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. Great spot for families! We can’t wait to stay again next year!

The house has a lovely open kitchen/living area with an additional living space to spread out. We loved having 3 bathrooms and so many bedrooms to choose from. It is steps away from Goose Rocks Beach - Great location! Only a short drive to Cape Porpoise and Kennebunkport. We forgot to bring camping chairs for the Monastery Caroling, but we found some in the garage to use! Easy check-in and check-out. Owner sent detailed instructions and was very responsive.

A wonderful stay at a spacious home! Super cozy, and a perfect getaway by the sea. We appreciated the extensive cookware in the kitchen, and were able to make a full thanksgiving meal. Thanks for sharing your home!

Excellent home for a group stay, in a very quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood was beautiful! Close walk to the beach and short drive to Kennebunkport. Ned was very responsive.

Everything about our place and our stay was A+. The neighborhood was so quiet and those we met were friendly, especially if we were walking our adorable dog! The weather was perfect the first 5 days which turned on our relax mode with short walks to the vast beautiful beach. We had dinner at Nunan's and for a special treat our last night, we had dinner at The Tides Inn which was outstanding for our goodbye. Thanks, Ned, you have a marvelous place! Nancy C and family.
