Goodyear, AZ full home with heated pool and spa and desert oasis back yard!!

This was a great location and worked wonderful for our needs. The pool was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable , great location for shopping - groceries, gas, target . Great restaurants. pool and hot tub perfect , modern kitchen , Traeger grill worked well for our special meals . All in all - everything we could possibly need. And in excellent condition.

The house was great. We loved the pool and hot tub! The backyard is gorgeous. We appreciated the coffee set up and other staples.

Perfect for our family. Clean as pleasant house, hot tub and pool were heated well, kitchen was well appointed, location was great for us, green area across the street, playground nearby. Owner was very responsive to our questions. No problems.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The house was exactly as described and communication with Curtis was quick and easy. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The hot tub and pool were both clean and heated. Check in and out were both easy as well. We found the location of the house to be perfect for us. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the grocery store, gas station and only 25 min to the airport. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area.

We had everything we needed and more. The pool was great although we only enjoyed for a short time. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. We would stay again.

Everything about the house was great! Communication was fast and easy. The notes about the pool said to request the heat be turned on 3 days in advance - which we didn't know - but Curtis turned it on the day we got there and it heated up very quickly which we needed because the weather was horrible! The house is so nice and private. The pool and backyard area was very clean and also private. Across the street from the house is a pretty park type green area and the neighborhood seemed friendly, nice, and safe. The beds were super comfortable. The flow of the house is so welcoming. Also, the host was gratuitous and let us stay past check out because our flight was delayed. We really enjoyed the house and hope to go back in the spring!

Excellent home for a stay in west valley

It was perfect, we couldn't fully enjoy it due to being gone for the bulk of our short stay. My wife enjoyed doing water arobics in the pool every morning. I didn't bother with trying to use the wifi since we have cellular data on our phones, watches and tablets. We didn't have time to cook anything, but the kitchen was perfect for us. My sister and her husband made a few mistakes with the door code and locked it out for a while. Curtis, the property manager, opened the door remotely for her as soon as I texted him at night (sorry, we were still at the reception). So very responsive, and thankful they let us stay with only being there 3 nights. Will do it again if the opportunity presents. Thank you

House was perfect for our trip. It was very close to the Goodyear ballpark. Temperatures were over 110 every day, so the pool was great. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice accomadation, the family had a great time. Beautiful place well appointed. We will certainly revisit the next time we come to Phoenix. Perfece in all ways.

The location was perfect for us. The house was clean, spacious, and well furnished with everything we needed. Spent a lot of time in the backyard with the pool and hot tub. Flowers were in full bloom and gorgeous.

Everything was just as listed! We loved the heated pool, the house is super clean. The bonus was having pantry and fridge items stocked with staples. We would love to return!!

Spent spring break with our kids at the house. It was perfect. Nice neighborhood, clean house, great pool and hot tub! Had everything we needed inside and out.

Host was prompt. Pool was heated and was clean. Nice landscaping around back yard. Quiet neighborhood. House was comfortable and had all we needed. Lots of condiments in fridge and pantry. Owner required not wearing street shoes in the house which was difficult to work around but not impossible. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone.

This house was in a perfect location to everything. So close to the ball park. Outside landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The house was spacious and had every amenity we could need. Even 2 hair dyers. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The hot tub is older but works great and was appreciated since our weather was cool. We used it almost every day. Perfect dining table to accommodate all 6 of us and for playing games and creating great memories and laughs. The host, Curtis was quick to respond and easy to work with! Highly recommend this home and all it has to offer.

We absolutely loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. They were so well-maintained. The location of the property is ideal. Access to numerous places without traffic. We hiked at skyline and white tank parks. Numerous trails for all hiking skills. We highly recommend this property.

The hummingbird oasis was a great place to stay for our quick family vacation. The home was clean and very comfortable. We got a lot of use of the heated pool and hot tub! Overall a great stay.

The property was in a nice neighborhood and very clean. The host was very responsive if we had questions or specific requests. Pool was nice and we used it every day. Suggestions to improve guests experience would be to allow access to back patio through sliding door instead of side door in garage as well as upgrade hot tub. Only one side of the jets worked. Other than those two items, it was in a good area and nice property.

GREAT host....responds quickly to questions, VERY accommodating, really nice!!! Great home, clean, great location. Will be back for spring training, and we come to AZ 4 times a year minimum for baseball tournaments for my kids and we will look to stay here every time!

Our stay was amazing. Plenty of amenities to enjoy. Family had a great time using the pool. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for a summer wrap up trip. My 6yo loved in the pool. My 14yo had a blast in pool also. Perfect temp by the way. Beautiful home, great area, host was amazing and very responsive. Would love to stay again.

This was a very comfortable house for my kids and I to stay at while my son had a baseball tournament in Goodyear. Curtis was very helpful when the AC stopped working. The house is very clean and has everything needed.
