Good Times, located minutes from downtown Charlotte

Great stay!

Everything was great except being able to hear the neighbors. Wasnt terribly loud but a little annoying.

We needed a place to stay overnight after arriving in Charlotte in the afternoon and then planning to drive to Savannah the next. This apartment was great- no hunting for street parking; found a fabulous BBQ place close by.

The house is in a great spot, it's as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with host and super convenient location

This rental was in very poor condition and raised multiple serious safety concerns.The property was extremely dirty upon arrival. There were cracked tiles, exposed wires, holes in the walls, torn and bleach-stained towels, and dingy bedding. There was also a very strong smoke smell of smoke and marijuana, and a missing smoke detector. The light in upstairs bathroom would not stay on either.Due to a safety incident involving someone attempting to enter the rental late at night, I had to urgently leave the property with my family and find alternative accommodations. The host was aware of what happened and even spoke to the person who attempted to enter by mistake, yet never contacted me to reassure us or confirm that we were safe.To make matters worse, Vrbo’s customer service was horrible. Everything was quickly and thoroughly documented, and I followed all Vrbo instructions exactly. Despite this, their representatives were always uninformed, repeatedly told me they couldn’t help, and claimed my documentation was both “required” and “useless” at the same time. The lack of coordination and accountability caused significant, unnecessary stress during an already distressing situation.This experience was deeply distressing, unsafe, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would not recommend this property or relying on Vrbo’s support if something goes wrong.

Nice coffee station and ample linens and parking. A few small maintenance issues but overall adequately met our needs for our 3 night stay.

Condo is great...safe and clean. We were missing a blow up mattress when we arrived. I contacted Sharon...telling her it could wait till morning since it was already 8 pm but she drove it over immediately. Will stay again!!

We were there basically just to sleep, visiting family most of the time.

Quiet neighborhood

Host friendly and communicative. Convienient location but wish there was more description of the immediate surrounding area. Appliances work well, maybe just showing age a bit.

My friend and I came up from SC for a concert at Skyla. Sharon's unit was so convenient to the venue to Uber to. It's clean and comfortable for a place to rest up after an evening out. Coffee pods and creamers were a convenient treat. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

This townhome was not what I expect it was actually nice and clean in a decent area around everything. 10/10

It was a very niceverything seems to be clean. We didn't have any specific instructions that was given in reference to how we should leave things when we leave, but things were great. For the occasion. Also in the guest The back on the remote was missing

This place is close to perfect. It was clean cozy and safe! We had an entire 2 bedroom/2bath/2floor/complete kitchen condo for cheaper than a hotel room! I can’t say enough good things about it. Our son just moved to NC so we will be visiting often and this will be our home away from home

We enjoyed our stay here as it was our first time in Charlotte. This location was close to several places we planned on visiting or just a short drive to the station to get around town via electric train system.
