Good Times! Beach cottage with hot tub, walk to beach! Unique amenities!

Charming spot with a great location for both Rockville, international speedway, and the main strip leading to the beach. The hot tub andassage chairs are especially wonderful!

Location was great and the water pressure and temperaturewere phonemenal! Host did a good job communicating prior to arrival, but sluggish communication upon arrival. We were provided the incorrect entrance code, however the property was not secured upon arrival and the music was blasting. The hot tub sits outside, uncovered, so perhaps that contributed to the PH level being in the red, so pack test strips. The provided towels had stains, bed coverings had random small grass clippings (maybe), kitchen counters were sketch. TV remotes also didn't work. Older home, but needs some TLC!! If you just need a crash pad for the bros on a party weekend, then sure. I personally wouldn't bring my family or small children.

Jayne was a wonderful host. She left so much to make us feel welcome. The bed and pillows were like new and so very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great too. Loved staying here.

We had such a nice time! We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and we loved the short walk to a nice waterfront restaurant up the street. The house was so cute and cozy and we would definitely stay again! The host is extremely thoughtful and had a nice welcome bag of treats and snacks.

Absolutely the best home for a vacation stay! There wasn’t a single thing more to say than it felt like a home and we didn’t wanna leave! It was so clean and everything was easy to access, and she had everything laid out perfectly! Couldn’t have a better stay than here!

Very nice location with a well stocked kitchen! It took me a moment to figure out the washer and dryer were in the outside storage shed.Overall, very nice and will definitely stay there again!

Great location to multiple food options and beach access. Everything in the house was described accurately. Nice bonus of having beach accessories already with the house, so we didn't have to bring or buy any additional items. We did not use the hot tub due to sun burns but would have been nice if we had.
