• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times

• No Motorbike riding on the property
• No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the property is not left clean and tidy and also if you bring a pet please clean up there business - failure to do this will incur an additional fee.

    Beautiful home - the owners should be very proud, everything you need is there. Great location & short walk to main street - shops and restaurants (there are plenty of cuisines for all to enjoy). Great surroundings & close to many beaches and only and short drive if you want to venture further down the coast.
