**Golfer's Paradise**Private & Family Friendly!**Split Bedroom Floorplan!! **

We had an amazing stay at this home! Jill was a fantastic host—responsive, communicative, and thoughtful throughout our visit.The house itself was wonderful: great location, excellent amenities, and a layout that worked perfectly for our family. What truly stood out was how kid-friendly the home is. Having a crib, highchair, and kid-friendly serving ware made traveling with small children so much easier—something we almost never find.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be booking all future stays in Fountain Hills here. Highly recommend!

A well appointed home with very nice pool and hottub. Everything we needed was there from kitchenware to toys and games for the kids. The yard was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the quiet. The layout of the home was perfect for us and had enough space to give everyone privacy but with lots of space to gather as well.

We loved this house! It was the perfect layout to have two families as there was a master bathroom and another bathroom at the other end of the house. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the location was perfect.

We travel to the Phoenix area every spring. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was by far our favorite. The house has everything you need and more. Check in and check out was well informed and simple. From the quiet neighborhood to the fabulous backyard this house was not lacking anything for our stay. Communicating with Jill was easy and we were provided with all information we needed. We ran into no issues so our communication was for check in and check out only. What a great place. We plan on returning to this property as often as we can.

Property was very clean and inviting. The pool/patio area was wonderful and very private. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The location was close to many areas we wanted to visit and activities and hiking. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was well equipped, a good location, and comfortable. Jill (the owner) was highly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. My family got sick right before we were supposed to go home and Jill worked with me to add a couple of days. I have rented several properties over the years (in a ton of places) and Jill is head and shoulders above everyone else I have ever dealt with!

This was a great place to stay. We loved the size of the and the pool and backyard was a great place to hang out!

This is the second time we stayed here and again we’re not disappointed. The place is exactly as described. The place was spotless and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with property manager about the property was excellent. We will try to stay here again for future golf trips.
