Stayed Apr 6, 2026We had an amazing time spending the week at this beautiful home. We spent our days relaxing by the super warm pool and our nights watching movies in the main room. There is a lot of seating in the backyard which was perfect to soak up the sun or stay under the covered patio in the shade. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. The split bedroom floor plan was great. Having the main bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side gave everyone privacy.The location was excellent! Just a short drive to Fountain Park! Jill was an excellent host, easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions.

Jill was a fantastic host—responsive, communicative, and thoughtful throughout our visit.The house itself was wonderful: great location, excellent amenities, and a layout that worked perfectly for our family. What truly stood out was how kid-friendly the home is. Having a crib, highchair, and kid-friendly serving ware made traveling with small children so much easier—something we almost never find.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be booking all future stays in Fountain Hills here. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 21, 2025A well appointed home with very nice pool and hottub. Everything we needed was there from kitchenware to toys and games for the kids. The yard was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the quiet. The layout of the home was perfect for us and had enough space to give everyone privacy but with lots of space to gather as well.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We travel to the Phoenix area every spring. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was by far our favorite. The house has everything you need and more. Check in and check out was well informed and simple. From the quiet neighborhood to the fabulous backyard this house was not lacking anything for our stay. Communicating with Jill was easy and we were provided with all information we needed. We ran into no issues so our communication was for check in and check out only. What a great place. We plan on returning to this property as often as we can.

The location was close to many areas we wanted to visit and activities and hiking. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The house was well equipped, a good location, and comfortable. Jill (the owner) was highly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. My family got sick right before we were supposed to go home and Jill worked with me to add a couple of days. I have rented several properties over the years (in a ton of places) and Jill is head and shoulders above everyone else I have ever dealt with!
