Stayed Feb 25, 2025Beautiful home, very comfortable and well stocked with all amenities. We are pour over coffee drinkers so we went and purchased a water kettle and left it at the house for the next renters. We loved the place and were there for the Texas Rangers spring training games. The drive to most stadiums was between 15-20 minutes. Great location. Beautiful sunsets and very comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is actually a room with french doors but it has drapes you can pull closed for privacy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very clean and has a full size washer and dryer. Stayed Feb 22, 2025This house was fantastic for a late winter stay in Arizona in February 2025. It's very updated with a wonderful, spacious kitchen with high end kitchen appliances. The back patio is spacious with multiple different tables and sitting areas that overlook a golf course. Also has 3 large bedrooms and just overall a great place. I visited the home for Catcus League baseball and the home is a very short, non highway drive to multiple stadiums in the Catcus league in Peoria, Surprise, etc.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Our family has stayed at this house several times. It's the perfect house for a family or a couple. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and it's a pleasure to sit on the patio.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay with one exception. There is a step down to the living room, which has a sign, but poorly placed.I was looking for the lights when we first arrived and didn't see the step. Fell and rolled/sprained my ankle.Otherwise, it's a nice location in Sun City West and near our relatives.

Stayed Oct 7, 2024We enjoyed our stay here. This house was super close to where my parents live in Sun City. The house is super clean and well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. It’s also well stocked with towels. I will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024This house was very comfortable and roomy. Layout of the floor plan was amazing. Only thing was couldn't get the Family/Living Room AC to work. This was the hottest room in the house and where the main TV was located. Having the celling fan on helped.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family stays at this house whenever we visit my Mom who lives in Memory Care. The moment we open the front door we all feel like we're home. The house is comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend it!
