Stayed Sep 11, 2025Orcadia Cottage is superb! We loved it for its modern upgrades, outstanding location, and ease of communication with the owners/manager. We’ve already checked availability for next year we loved it so much, and would love to stay there again on future visits to the Highlands!

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Great location- 5 minute walk to village centre. Lots of space inside and out. Well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood. Great restaurants in Dornoch centre, particularly Luigi’s which was excellent (recommend booking in advance). Excellent showers. Easy walking access to beach. Garden is well sheltered and there are lots of sun traps.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This is a very nice stay. The house is excellent. Very friendly owners. contactless entry and a nice surrounding.Walking distance to the beach. Large rooms and comfortable beds. And with good weather it is lovely to sit outside. Our family loved it.
