Golfer's Haven! Gem w/ Patio & Grill in Sun City

Family loved the property, highly recommend, can’t think of anything bad to say

The home was in the perfect location for our visit (near relatives) so that was awesome. We loved the putting green and the overall set-up of the home was great. Very easy check-in process and a very nice welcome by the host. There are 2 items I want to flag. The hot water in the hall bath shower was lukewarm at best. We think it might be a value issue as there was plenty of hot water elsewhere. There needs to be a little maintenance on the blinds leading outside (mechanism wasn't working) and the valance over the blinds in the primary bedroom needs to be fixed but it didn't hinder opening the blinds.

This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen is the best of any VRBO we have stayed at. It is well stocked and a cook’s dream. Don’t bother to pack shampoo, soap etc, you won’t need it. The owners think if everything. Love this home!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Everything was as described. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai after our daily adventures watching the golfers and soaking up the sun. Actually we enjoyed it so much, we booked it for next year.

Everything went well. The house is nice, clean and a really nice location off of the 1st green/2nd tee box on the Riverview GC. My only issues are with the 200 nonrefundable damage fee and the list of check out items needed to be performed. Most rentals are moving away from a laundry list of tasks that need to be accomplished upon moving out. This one wanted all bedding removed and placed in a pile, all trash removed, fridge/freezer totally emptied dishes cleaned and put away. The last one is not realistic if you have an early flight and to be honest, having additional items to take care of makes the final day a bit more stressful.The damage charge, however, is really the biggest issue. We were charged over 200 which was known at the time of booking, so this was not a hidden fee. For some reason I assumed it was refundable if there was no damage. However, it is not. The reason given is that the program is designed to protect both guests and owners. It ensures that any accidental damages that occur during a stay are covered without requiring guests to pay additional out-of-pocket expenses or security deposits. So, essentially they are collecting money just in case something happens and everyone pays for damage caused by any guests that stay there before you and in the future. If you are a conscientious and courteous guest, you will be subsidizing the damage done by others. In the future, I'll look for properties without these fees

The house is updated and clean located in a retirement community that is on a nice golf course. Some of the not-so-good things are: 1)Two of the bathroom sinks did not drain. 2) The TV service is limited to LG channels only, so we were not able to watch the Super Bowl. Big disappointment! 3) Sun City is pretty far west, not very convenient to the hub of Phoenix. 4) The Luke Air Force Base is located nearby, and jets fly over day and night. 5) Mowing of the golf course took place at 4 am on two mornings which caused more disruption to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. Great neighborhood. Beautiful golf course out back. Comfortable beds & pillows!! We had everything we needed. Some extra towels next time would be nice.

The property was just as advertised. Backs up to the golf course. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and fresh. I highly recommend this property and will stay again next year.

Great location and clean house. I would encourage detailed information about the TV, it is different. Additionally, towel hooks in the bathroom and a gated yard would be beneficial.

Exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen and even supplied the Keurig coffee pods. Very comfortable beds.Extremely clean.Would stay again for sure.

We loved everything about the house! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was a cook’s dream! As a cook it was stocked with everything needed to prepare dinner for our friends. They even had a small food processor and the knives were SHARP! The putting green was fun and we enjoyed mornings on the back porch. The bed and bedding were also top knotch. We slept great! The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants nearby. We will stay here again if in the area!

Hosts were all wonderful. Respectful and fast responding to any questions or concerns. We would stay again and highly recommend.
