Golfer Oasis w/ Pool & Putting Green in Goodyear!

Our stay was great! Very clean and the backyard great for relaxing!

Everything was good, had a nice relaxing weekend there!

I had a wonderful experience, the house is well maintained and a great location on the golf course. I was supplied with several contact numbers for anything I may need or problems I may have. I would definitely recommend renting this house. I had a request for an early check in at the last minute and Devin was kind enough to allow it which was a great help.

Kitchen is fully equipped. Pool is not heated did not swim. Didn’t she ask you for a name? You’re just seven ahead of us.

We were four adults. The house was very comfortable and well supplied. We were close to several golf courses. We had fun on the putting green and enjoyed watching the golfers.

Everything about this property was exceptional and spotless inside and outside. We found everything we needed from plenty of towels to personal and kitchen essentials available for use. The master suite bed was more comfortable than our new one at home! The location was perfect for getting on 10 and traveling around the Phoenix area. The direction booklets were well written and we had excellent numbers to contact if needed. We needed a reminder about leaving the gate open one day for the pool maintenance but that was handled easily. As you can see it was a perfect vacation - weather included:)

This was our 2nd stay in this home. Great location with many restaurants and activities close by. When we weren't golfing, we could watch from the patio. It only needs some pans for cooking in the oven/microwave and shade for late afternoon sun in the greatroom.

This home was so clean and lovely to stay in for a week. They made the process very easy and were great to communicate with.A couple things, there is no access to washing machines, which would have been great to have after almost a week away. The pool is also not heated, the weather was pretty chilly and even for us Canadians it was WAY to cold to get it. But it was pretty to look at. Haha. Also the heaters outside didn't work, which would have been great to be able to use on those cold nights.Overall, it was a great stay, great property, close to everything in Goodyear and we felt right at home.

First 2 nights were peaceful, then suddenly on last 2 nights, neighbors barking dog disturbed any outdoor activities, like grilling. I realize you cannot help this situation. Washing machine was also not working, which was a minor disappointment. Also, there were no basic items like salt & pepper & sugar available in the pantry. Also, it was mentioned in the homeowners' instructions that the trash/recycling bins would be taken to the curb by a service, but we did not see anyone & took bins out ourselves on Monday night. That was no biggie, but wanted to correct the instructions Overall, this is a great place & it's only the barking dog that broke the peaceful environment.

We would stay here again! Two things that could be improved are having adequate linens for four people and the shower water temperature. Two wash clothes were provided for the week for four people. We did go purchase our own from the local Walmart. When the property manager did get back to us she brought us a few more, but not enough. There was a washer and dryer but with a sign in the laundry room saying we could not use. The hot water temperature in the master bedroom shower only reached a lukewarm temperature and needed to be hotter. The house was super clean and very close to all shopping and restaurants. We liked the layout of the house and overall would give it a 10/10 and would hope they could improve on the things we had mentioned to make it a perfect stay next time.

Absolutely loved the property! Our contact Samantha was amazing! She had such high energy and I called her a few times with questions and she answered the phone every time and was so happy to help us out! We will definitely rent this property again! Our daughter lives 15 minutes away from there, which made it a perfect location for us. Plus my husband and father golfed every day at Palm Valley. Great trip can’t say enough things about it!

The place gave my husband & I the best vacation we’ve had in years & we plan on coming back AGAIN soon!
