Stayed Oct 19, 2025This house served my needs perfectly. Having a two car garage made my trip possible, as I am a commercial photographer, and needed a safe place to park my truck (loaded with camera and lifting equipment) and a towable manlift. Both fit inside the garage perfectly. The house looked exactly like the photos on the listing, was well equipped (we cooked every night), the bbq was full of propane and clean, the views of the golf course were amazing at all hours of the day, but sunsets were phenomenal. Will definitely book this location again.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025A light by the entry would have been beneficial since trying to hold a cellphone flashlight and hold the handle while punching in the code was tricky. The second bedroom could have used a nightstand by the bed. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay!

Stayed May 26, 2025We loved the comfortable beds, slept great after long hikes at Zion. Great views of the golf course. Kids enjoyed the arcade machine and the neighborhood pools were great too.

Stayed Oct 23, 2023Beautiful home but the worst beds we have ever slept in. My husband tried every bed in the house and couldn't get comfortable, these beds my be ok for 1 or 2 nights but not 6. The kitchen was great well stocked especially for baking. Very loud traffic noise, next to a very busy road. There was also a very bad sewer smell that seemed to come in the afternoon making it unpleasant to have the sliding doors open or to sit outback. The wifi was almost nonexistent, it cut out every few minutes we had a very hard time watching the world series, we had to revert to an app on our phone. We did enjoy our visit with family in St George.

The downside is we didn’t sit outside long to enjoy the view because this location is right next to a busy highway. It was loud. The busy highway and the WiFi having issues with trying to watch tv were the two downsides.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022Very easy check in, great location, and comfortable well-equipped townhome with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was getting TV to stream in living room but didn't deter from our stay as we did not really use it much.

Stayed May 6, 2022We were in town for Ironman. The location of the property was perfect and the residence was very clean. The flow of the layout worked great for cooking, visiting, and privacy. Would highly recommend this location.
