The house was fabulous - clean, comfortable and inviting. The host was courteous and responsive. Check in and check out were smooth. All instructions were clear and readily available. Great place! Highly recommend!

Property was very clean. First floor had a great open space for our group of 8 to hang out, play games, watch movies, etc. Location was close to several bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable. A great place to stay.

The home was just as described and it was a great place to stay as we celebrated graduation weekend. We enjoyed the game garage and all the amenities the home offered. Great location!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The games were set up in the heated garage, so even in the extreme cold our family had a great time enjoying the golf simulator, pool, and ping pong. We did have a little challenge at first with regulating the temperature—keeping my parents warm downstairs while the rest of us stayed cool upstairs—but Seth was incredibly responsive and helpful. By our second night, we had everything running perfectly.With a larger group (we had 11 people), I’d recommend spacing out shower times. We never ran out of hot water, but the last person might end up with a slightly lukewarm shower, which is understandable when the system needs time to recharge.I would highly recommend this home. It’s close to downtown, surrounded by charming little restaurants, and the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet—aside from the resident rooster who gave us a cheerful wake-up call each morning, which we all found pretty amusing.We would have loved to stay longer if time allowed, and we truly hope to return one day. Thank you, Seth, for helping make this such a memorable and relaxing vacation for our whole family.

We had 12 adults and had plenty of room! House was clean and well stocked! The game room and gas fire pit were a hit. Seth is great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

We came to Lexington for a golf and bourbon trip to celebrate my friend's bachelor party, and had a fantastic experience with this property. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, communication with the host was excellent, and the golf simulator was an elite touch for a Vrbo. (The main amenity that led me to book.) The location was great with proximity to downtown, and an easy drive to our golf courses. If I'm ever back to Lexington, I would happily stay at this property again.

We rented here for a business trip and had a blast. it was very nice and the extras like golf and such made for fun evenings.

This house was fantastic. We had everything we needed and were close (20 mins) to everything we wanted to do. Seth responded to all questions within minutes and had open dialog during the entire stay. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to check out the Lexington area.

Five sisters and husbands stayed for together time. House suited us great, room to gather all 10 but space for quiet time if needed.Beds were very comfortable and shower top of the line.Host was very prompt with emails and sending someone to take care of small issue.Negative was the golf simulator. We were unable to use it. Billiard and ping pong were great fun. Air conditioning was wonderful! Would stay again if we ever come back to Lexington. Nice city with many restaurant/pub options.

Seth was an amazing host and was available if we needed to communicate. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The activity area in the back with pool table, ping pong, golf sim and TV was the perfect area to have some leisurely fun after our long days in sun. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire table outside and sharing stories from the day. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing with nice jets. We really appreciated the labeling on drawers in the kitchen so we could easily find bowls, silverware, pans, etc. We cooked breakfast several mornings and had everything we needed. We liked the location which was somewhat centrally located for golf around the city. It was also super easy to get downtown. Would love to stay here again in the future

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We had 4 different couples, plus 2 kids. Each family unit had their own full bathroom, which was incredible. The shared areas were plenty big for our group to gather and socialize. The finished garage area was a huge perk that we really enjoyed to play games and watch sports. Hot tub was clean. Grilling was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. We do this trip every year, and we all thought this was the best property we have stayed at! Also, the location was excellent. Plenty of stuff within walking distance or a short drive, plus parking on the property was plentiful.

We used the property as a home base for a 9 person golf trip. It was centrally located between the three courses we wanted to play. The stay could not have gone better. Zero issues and Seth was so good at communicating everything. Plenty of room for all of us and a great gathering space. 10/10 would recommend.

We had 4 couples, siblings and spouses. This home offered each couple a private bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of common area space to gather, share meals, and visit. The game room provided a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating area. Location was near attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

This property is beautiful and very clean. The beds were all comfortable. Communication with the management company was excellent. The kids and adult kids loved the game room. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Lexington

My large family of four children thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. There was plenty to do with the hot tub and game room while simultaneously not being on top of each other due to the large rooms with attached bathrooms. Location was very close to Lexington downtown and it was easy for us to get to the south side to see family.One suggestion would be to upgrade to a tankless as the temptation to take longer showers and baths was high in the nicely designed bathrooms!

Gorgeous house, great for entertaining. Golf simulator and other activities were as described and everyone had a blast! Pet friendly, perfect yard for the dogs.

Great location for visiting distilleries in the Lexington area. We loved the proximity to some local Lexington bars and restaurants. The house was as advertised, one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Thanks Seth!

The house was great, even better than pictures. Game room was fantastic and everything worked properly, was a very fun place to hang out and get a little friendly competition going between friends. The hot tub was in the best condition I’ve ever seen from a bnb rental. Water was clear all the jets worked the lid was easy to operate not broken and waterlogged. In my experience the hot tubs at rentals are always in some sort of disarray so this was a very pleasent change from the norm. House was very well kept and clean. Overall an excellent stay in a great location. 10/10 would stay again

We had a great time in Lexington. The house was lovely and met our expectations.

We were hosting friends from the UK and we wanted to bring them to the Bourbon Trail. We were looking for a location for 6 adults, and this property was PERFECT!! The home was clean and tidy, easy to access and met all of our needs. We did enjoy the many places to sit and relax, and the game room was fun!!!! One thing I would draw attention to is the incredible responsiveness of Seth, the property owner. He was incredible to work with and he ALWAYS got back to me so quickly with answers to my questions. This is so helpful when we are traveling and he always worked to accommodate us....That provided a sense of service that isn't always found...so, THANK YOU Seth!!!!!When we come back to Lexington, we would definitely stay at one of these properties. You won't be disappointed! Thank you for everything!!!!

WE had a lovely family gathering in the heart of Lexington. We loved walking to the nbrhood coffee shoppe. We loved walking in the adjacent neighborhood checking out the holiday decorations. The home provided fun entertainment in the evenings with the game room and hot tub. The accommodations met all our needs. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Great location for Keenland and Kroger field and Very accessible to downtown. House was clean but probably could use a tankless water heater. Some of us had cold showers (party of 8). Great value compared to other locations we looked at.

Enjoyed a four day stay with nine college friends from the ‘70s! This comfortable house was well appointed and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home (although the kitchen could use more wine glasses). The open main floor provided ample opportunities for playing games, watching movies, lively conversation and dining. The patio fire table was cozy on cool Fall evenings and the game room was fun! The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and well stocked. We walked to the awesome Kenwick Table for coffee and breakfast. The house is within easy access to downtown, grocery stores, Keeneland Racecourse, walking trails at the Arboretum, distilleries, and many more activities/attractions. We had a few minor questions and needs during our stay and Seth was extremely responsive and helpful! Our group would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it.
