Grayhawk has long been a high-demand area of Scottsdale, but just recently has this luxurious townhome become a home-away-from-home opportunity for those looking to visit the sought-after area. The moment you pull in the gate to the community, you will see the lovely amenities Encore at Grayhawk offers, including the large sparkling pool and spa. Venture a little further to the unit and your stay truly begins. The unit is one the closest to the pool and spa. Only 20 paces outside the front door.

Upon arrival you will have a personal code to the front door that allows for easy entry for all guests. Walk in the door and you will find the formal dining room to your left and the large sized office to your right. Venture further and you will find yourself standing between the lovely kitchen and the cozy living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to stay longer term to ensure those home-cooked meals can be enjoyed. The living room truly is a cozy place to relax and enjoy some TV or a good book by the fireplace. Enjoy dinner out on the downstairs patio that not all units offer in this community. There is a half bath located downstairs. Finally, to the left of the kitchen is the laundry room with a private washer and dryer as well as an attached garage. Please be advised that the owners of the property park a mid-sized SUV to the far right of the garage, leaving plenty of space for a mid-sized SUV to the left. There are two additional driveway spots for those traveling with multiple visitors or when guests come to stop by. Another perk of, leaving more than this unit is having the private driveway instead of the many shared driveways throughout the community.

After enjoying the downstairs, retreat upstairs where the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The master is spacious and is equipped with a TV as well as a Private balcony to enjoy the sunrise or late nights. The master bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a tub. There are two sinks and a vanity between them as well as a walk in closet. Please be advised that the owners do keep some personal clothes in the far right side of the closet, leaving more than enough space to fit your belongings while visiting. The Guest bedroom offers a queen bed and tons of space. Just outside the guest bedroom is the final bathroom featuring a combo shower/tub.
