We loved everything about the house!
We really enjoyed the location on the golf course. House was well equipped for three couples.
The home is high quality. This experience was overall positive. The view of the tenth green is lovely. It snowed while we stayed and we got to watch deer, people with pups, and folks sledding right outside our windows. The home is well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, all bedrooms have their own bathroom and two of the three are master suites which is nice. There is plenty of very hot water and extra pillows and blankets in every closet. The furniture is good quality (not cheap flimsy modern stuff you often see in short-term rentals) and very comfortable, if a bit lived in. The listing says there is a 32” tv, but it’s much larger. Most of the house is carpeted and it seems to be new and high quality. We would stay here again. That said, there were a few things the property managers may want to address for the comfort and security of their future guests: -I wish this wasn’t marketed as a house or a villa at all, it is a multi-family unit and there is a shared wall with the main room. Driving up expecting a house and seeing a duplex was not a great first impression. We specifically looked for a single family house for this vacation. -The hot tub was not usable since the screen was cracked. There was no way to contact the property management so what we hoped was a weeklong vacation with hot tub was disappointing. Additionally, the cover was improperly placed and was difficult to lift. It didn’t really matter since it was unusable, though. -There are no window coverings in the main living area. This means that you have no privacy after dark. While it may seem like you don’t need this since it faces the golf course, there is no way to tell what is happening outside since there is no lighting out there. It felt very exposed. -When we arrived, there was a full can of recycling in the garage. We had to take this to the curb to be picked up the next day. I’ve never experienced being required to clean up after the previous guests upon arriving to accommodations.
We enjoyed our stay at a very clean, well stocked home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great views of the golf course, juniper trees and hillside. Very private. The rental agency was very attentive and prompt to requests.
Everything needed for a get-away, this villa is roomy and has all the amenities for short or long stays.
We love the location that allowed us to watch golfers on the 10th green. The nearness of the unit to the pro shop at the Ridge allowed me to walk to ridge golf pro shop and use driving range, putting and chipping. The unit had new carpeting, deck, and railing. I would rent this unit again in a heart beat.
House set up for great for 3 couples, delightful deck for evenings, great dining table for dining together, Vacasa quick to respond when hot tub needed attention, our only complaint was that we needed more silverware
Very nicely kept golf courses, interesting hikes in the area at Smith Rock, and bike trails in Eagle Crest and out. Six good Pickleball courts. Some good breweries to follow all that up and 3 couples could stay here all with own baths. Nice place as advertised.
I really like the layout of the house. The 2 master bedrooms worked well for our group. Kitchen/living/dining room are all very open and great. The deck has sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon, which is great. You can use it a lot more since it's not cooking hot during the hottest part of the day. But you can go on the grass side yard if you still want more sun. Beautiful.
The layout of the home is open and feels spacious. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook without issues. We would definitely stay here again!
Only about 30 minutes to Smith Rock and within 60 minutes of a TON of other great hiking spots. Redmond and Tumalo are both cute and walkable.
It's a nice place right on the 10th green as the title says. Good for a family. Unfortunately, there aren't and window coverings in the living room or dining room so everybody going by on the golf course can look in at you.
