Golf Course Views, Hot Tub Access: Phoenix Home!

The unit was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, and necessary instructions were clear and easy. The location is lovely and convenient to the Biltmore area and everywhere we wanted to visit in Phoenix. Our stay went without well, without a hitch. We hope to stay there again next time we’re in town.

This is a fabulous property on the lovely Biltmore golf course. It is within a gated community so we felt extra safe taking evening walks. The host and manager were super on comminication, going above and beyond over the Xmas holiday. What a great experience.

Kitchen was well equipped. Location was good with plenty of restaurants nearby. Note that all bedrooms are upstairs.

We were in Phoenix to meet our new two month old baby grand daughter for the first time. The property was perfect to have our daughter, her husband, and the baby over for a quiet dinner. The kitchen was fabulously appointed, and the outdoor patio with grill made preparing dinner a breeze. The location in the Biltmore area is perfect for its proximity to everything we enjoy experiencing when we are in Phoenix. We plan on making this property our go to when visiting our family!

It was a lovely home on a scenic golf course and close to hiking, shopping and the beautiful Biltmore Hotel. Angeleena on the management team was responsive and wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our time there very much and will hope to return.

The house had everything we needed in it. We stayed for a little less than a week to go to a conference at the Biltmore. It was about a 5-minute walk to the Biltmore area, which was perfect for us. Check-in and check-out were easy. Someone managing the house texts you about an hour before check in with a code to the house. They were very helpful and responsive. They were able to talk to the owner for us about our stay. The house had a full kitchen, 2.5 baths, and 2 beds. You could easily fit 4 people there. There was also a pull-out couch. Very nice living room with a glass dining room table. The toilets had a bidet attachment to them. We used the dishwasher to clean some of the dishes, which worked well. We did not get a chance to use the washing machine, but there was a full set upstairs and detergent. The house was equipped with full bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The lotion was especially helpful for the dry Arizona heat. The place has AC, but can only be set to a low of 72 degrees and a high of 85. There are vents throughout the place and angled right at the dining room table, which was refreshing. The area was gated with a security guard. There were two gates to enter the property (East and West). The house is closer to the West gate. If calling an Uber to the front of the property, you will need to call the gate guard to let them know to let them in. We found it easier to walk out the back and then walk to the entrance of another community to call for a car. The condo came with keys to open up the back door, which led us to a sidewalk by the golf course and to the street. This let us pass the guard post entrance (which saved us time in the morning). You could also go through the front, and then there was a key for the gate. There was also a key to the balcony on the second floor in the master bedroom. We wish we were able to stay for longer. The bed in the master bedroom was soft and comfortable. The condo also had a box fan, and an ironing board and iron in the closet.

This property should not be available at all.Its a rundown property with very little care or effort for any accommodations.
