Stayed Sep 16, 2023The house is a perfect little house for a small family and perfectly furnished. It literally had everything we needed. Fenced backyard, great for the dogs. Would definitely come back for this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful improvements made to the back yard and deck. The location is outstanding as you can walk to golf, the beach, grocery store or restaurants. Pet friendly adds an extra bonus as well.

Stayed Jun 30, 20233 couples + dogs stayed for a long holiday weekend. We were thrilled with the fenced in backyard, the multiple dining tables (indoor + outdoor), the easy walk to the beach and walking trails, the multiple parking spots, and the responsiveness of the host. Stayed Apr 6, 2023We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend. We loved the layout of the home, as well as the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The backyard is fenced which is a big plus for those with pets. We would love to come back in the summer for a stay!

Stayed Dec 29, 2022We were there in the middle of one of the biggest storms to hit Lake Tahoe so it was a difficult situation, the power was out and the streets were not clean and the parking area was filled with 4ft of snow. The house is comfortable and cozy. We were there for the New Year and had friends visit us who were staying at hotels nearby but was told by the manager Sheri that we are not allowed to have guests visit us which I was not aware of and it's a little inconvenient so will keep that in mind next time before booking a place.
