Golf-Course Retreat on The Raven - Gated Home Near Airport, Downtown, and ASU

The location of this home was perfect for everything we needed access to during our stay. The community was quiet and very nice for walking our pet. The house had updated appliances and the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, etc. as well as cleaning aids. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and towels were upscale. The owner was very responsive and attentive. We found the TV in the primary bedroom was not connected to cable. Tahira promptly corrected by ordering a new cable box. The Internet connection in the home was very good. There was basic cable but the living room TV was networked allowing us to access other services. Unfortunately, the TV’s connection would sometimes fail requiring us to reboot the connection. The backyard was nicely landscaped and the patio area was a favorite place, perfect for dining or lounging. The 2 chair cushions however were quite dated and beginning to fray. Unfortunately, we didn’t share this information with the owner upon our arrival.

House was perfect and well stocked. Tahira went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would SO love to come back

The owner was very nice and so kind. Asked if we needed anything but house was perfect. Very clean beautiful back yard and quiet neighborhood. Just was perfect to unwind. Would definitely go back again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about his home as a fantastic home away from home. The house and backyard are beautifully kept, and was nice for our small dog. We stayed here for the Thanksgiving week and really enjoyed the comfortable open feel and backyard garden. The house backs up to the Raven golf course, which was very easy to get a last-minute tee time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook and prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. The location was very central to ASU and we will definitely be returning for all our AZ trips.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! Property was exactly as photos appear. Owner was accommodating and answered our questions promptly. Location was convenient to airport, ASU and other attractions.

We loved our time here, sitting on the patio looking out at the golf course. Our hostsTahira and Dave were wonderful and so accommodating to us. We grew to think of them as friends. We definitely will return

My wife and I rented Tahira and David's beautiful golf course view home for two weeks during a recent stay in Phoenix. This place was better than even the pictures can describe and was like staying in a brand new model home. With plenty of room for a family of 6. It is located in a wonderful gated community, quiet and private. Every detail has been thought of... linens, towels, bedding, and pillows were all designer. The beds in each of the three bedrooms were large and comfortable. In the evening we very much enjoyed sitting on the patio to watch the Arizona sunset. The owners Tahira and David were extremely responsive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. Close to local restaurants and shopping and an easy commute to downtown Phoenix attractions. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!
