Golf Course, Enormous Porch, 2 Living Areas, Easy Access, 6 Beds, large BR's

We had 6 guys for our yearly Golf outing in Hot Springs Village the golf course’s were Fantastic it was a little hot and Humid so it was really nice to come back to the House AC-Great very spacious plenty TV’s 2 guys per bathroom. Everyone Loved the House they wanted me to be sure and get it for our next Trip.

My family and I stayed four nights at this gorgeous home in Hot Springs Village, AR. There were ten of us: My husband and I, our adult daughter, one son and his twelve-year old, another son and his five-year old, and my sister and her adult daughter. Everything about the stay was pleasant. The common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, and patios) were lovely. The children absolutely loved the size and complexity of the house, and despite it being an elegant space, we had no problem having children enjoy it responsibly.The host, Mike, responded to all questions and concerns almost immediately, in a very helpful and accommodating fashion. He was flexible about check-in times, and helped us when a few minor problems that arose. The directions to the house were excellent, and the expectations for guests were reasonable and very clearly spelled out. Mike truly deserves the title of Super HostThere were five sleeping areas. The master suite was huge, with a Jacuzzi tub and enormous walk-in closets. I appreciated the window treatments, which allowed natural light when I wanted it, but also could darken the room. There were other two bedrooms on the main floor, with enough room and closet space for two people, and a convenient bathroom to share.The upstairs area featured a comfortable hang-out space, a bathroom, a private bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin beds adjacent to the staircase which were not private. The attention to detail was clear from the moment we walked in, from the kitchen, patio to the cozy linens and thoughtful touches throughout the home.The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. We especially loved being on the golf course and the stunning set views from the patio !!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental!

This was the perfect getaway. Great location. Watched the golfers from the patio. The house was beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Hoping we are able to come back and stay again!

We had 5 adults in the house and everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were! The kitchen had a great variety of pots, pans and utensils.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this house! We love it! From the beds to the kitchen it’s perfect! We had 8 adults and it was comfortable and plenty of room. We’ll stay here again!

Not only was the property gorgeous, but the location and ease of access was absolutely perfect. We had the best time and will definitely be back in the future!!

Our golf group from the Dallas area takes a short trip every year and this one to Hot Springs Village was one of the best. Everybody raved about the home - how clean it was, the location, the comfort of the beds, everything was perfect. Weather in late October was perfect and the foliage made for a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time! Just as advertised! High ceilings, spacious rooms, fantastic kitchen, peaceful neighborhood! Mike was awesome! Very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our morning coffee watching golf on the awesome patio.

Very nice home. Lots of room. Great location with big porch overlooking golf course. Disappointed in dustiness of house. Also need grill replaced. Overall 4 out 5 stars.

The house was spectacular. Great accommodations. The host was very responsive and accommodating. He was able to get the cleaning crew on site before us and allowed us to check in early and drop our bags before we headed to the course. Very convenient location. Less than 3 miles to all 4 courses we played toward the East end of the Village. Would certainly rent again.

Great place to stay for a golf trip

We really enjoyed the location of the property as well as the home itself! Very clean, comfortable, and very “homey”! The porch was wonderful for early morning coffee!!!
