Very quiet, clean, family friendly property.

Kids fell in love with pickle ball and the pool was non stop fun. Thanks for hosting us!

Great stay at a great property! We have a family of 6 with three small children. I appreciated the increased safety features, easy access from the pool to the bathroom, and the location was perfect, whether you're taking trips in to Tampa or to the beach. The host, Alex, was very responsive and accomodating. Would definitely stay again!

This is a well appointed home, ideally situated for families. The interior is spotlessly clean and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The backyard is a terrific space with the private pool, basketball / pickleball court, and putt putt green. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the outdoor space. Great view of the golf course and enjoyed playing pickle ball, shooting hoops, swimming in the pool. Home had nice common space to enjoy Christmas with our family. Nice quiet neighborhood and good location to do Sarasota activities.

Very clean and comfortable home. Appliances all seemed new and clean, nice kitchen supplies if you feel like doing any cooking. Comfortablefurniture inside and outside. Quiet residential neighborhood close to the airport. The pool was a nice size, and we enjoyed the pickleball court and putting green. We had a minor issue and the host was very responsive. Would stay again if we returned to the area!

Short trip to visit my snowbird parents and soak up some sunshine.

The house is well equipped and supplied. Great entertainment for the kids if weather cooperates which it did during our stay. Close to Sarasota and within 30mins of amazing beaches.would definitely stay again here.

This house is awesome! I can’t get over the uniqueness of the backyard space, the cleanliness and the host was very enjoyable to work with. The pictures portrayed the homes features and newness precisely. From the first inquiry till the moment we checked out, Alex was super easy to contact answering any questions we had within minutes. The location of this property is very close to the beaches and Sarasota/Bradenton airport. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Alex for an awesome stay! -Bailey
