Golf Carts ~ Back Patio ~ Community Pool

Home was great. Very clean. The heated pools were lovely. We loved having two golf carts. Location was great. Central to pools, wharf, tennis, beach and shopping.

Great condition. The golf carts seemed well maintained compared to another rental. Very quiet and close to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me begin by saying I’ve used My Vacation Haven many times staying in Destin our favorite beach. This stay could have should have been better. We began our Destin trip Deepsea fishing which we always enjoy but it was 96 degrees.(very hot) So I couldn’t wait to get to our place and take a refreshing shower. Well the shower head was shooting water everywhere then came completely off. We called to have it fixed, when the maintenance guy came he attached it to one part of the original double shower head but it was just hanging down not attached to the wall. I thought what kind of fix is this but I took my shower holding the unattached shower head in one hand and soap and towel in the other hand but it’s ok bc they’ll fix it tomorrow. Well again after a long HOT and sandy day on the beach I couldn’t wait to get a nice shower. It wasn’t repaired even though we got in from the beach at about 5 pm. To add to the bad two days they were pressure washing the outside of our unit the porch we were planing to sit on and barbecue was all wet and the furniture was removed. There was plastic covering half of the entrance door, the patio light and fan was no longer working needless to say we were disappointed. The next day we came in sat out on the patio turned on the light and fan and it began to smoke we quickly turned it off but the smell of burning was horrible. So all of it shouldn’t have happened but it did to add to the misery I (my fault) left my bag of toiletries. Let me say this the place was very nice beautifully decorated I would stay there again just hopefully without the mishaps. We love Sandestin, Water Colors, Seaside areas our bad experience shouldn’t have happened. The Guytons

Wonderful shopping opportunities from a high end mall with grocery stores and restaurants a golf cart ride away. And the beach was a golf cart ride away. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys all came with the place.The place was beautiful the beds were so comfortable with nice large bathrooms. It was very clean. The kitchen was also gorgeous and well appointed. The views of the golf course were just ok, but right outside our covered and screened patio. The golf cart was awesome! However the dining room chairs were pretty upholstered blue and super heavy and uncomfortable! Also the bar stools were uncomfortable too.

It was nice to have parking right out front and a garage. There were beach chairs which were nice to have on hand. The master bed is very comfortable and adjustable. There is a desk to accommodate remote work. The lake across the street is stocked with fish. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved everyting about the condo. Only complaint was the washer/dryer were molding and smelly. I ran a washer sanitize cycle with my favorite cleaner but it was still stinky.

We have stayed in this rental twice now and love it! It’s very clean, great location and service is excellent. Zero complaints.
