Golf Cart ~ Two Community Pools ~ Close to Seaside ~ Fully Stocked Kitchen

Everything was amazing! Great house great layout all the extras with beach chairs etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Attitude Adjustment. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with every thing you need. The neighborhood is gated, quiet and serene. The golf cart allows easy access to the beach and restaurants and shops in Seaside and Watercolor. We were here in January and it was pretty cold so we spent a lot of time at the house. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. We rented this house because we had to evacuate our home due to a catastrophic ice storm that destroyed our town and left us without any utilities. Attitude Adjustment was such a blessing for our family during a very trying time. Management was attentive and very sensitive to our situation. Check in and out was very easy. We wanted to rent this house for an additional week but sadly it was already booked. I highly recommend Attitude Adjustment and FunVacy rental services. Thank you for the hospitality and giving my family a sense of normalcy and reprieve from such a difficult time in our lives.

First class property. Mgmt team was great too. Excellent location….it is quiet and since it is a gated community, it was even better. We will return to this property for sure.

Great house and great location

Cannot recommend this property enough! It was tucked back in a little gated neighborhood and was absolutely perfect! The golf cart and bikes were great to have. Beach access is a little far away and wasn’t extremely convenient to get to but still easily accessible. It was less than a mile away from the Publix, which was also super convenient. Would 10 out of 10 recommend and will absolutely be coming back.

Amazing location!! The house was immaculate and so comfortable! Plenty of beach chairs, bikes, and the golf cart is massive!! The only thing I would suggest is stocking more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.. Overall we cannot wait to come back!!

A truly phenomenal home. We really enjoyed the week. Great location, comfortable beds, lovely home and peaceful neighborhood. Simply excellent. Staying more than 2 days requires reinforcements of toilet paper, dishwasher/laundry pods, shampoo, paper towels, soap, etc…We absolutely would return to this property. Amazing home!

Our yearly family vacay couldn’t have been any better than it was at Attitude Adjustment! Not only was it an incredibly beautiful home, decorated to the “T”, but, felt very homey and comfortable! It checked all the boxes on our wish list. Must have 3 full bathes, accommodate bedrooms for 5 adults and our 2 young grandchildren, and a 6 person golf cart. The front porch, outdoor shower and privacy were extras! Not to mention the front porch, outdoor shower and privacy, those were bonuses! Since we flew in from Dallas metroplex, we were so appreciative that the house was already clean and able to check in early. The only drawback was that there is a bare minimum of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/filers/sugar/creamer for one night and NO salt or paper. However, we would definitely stay here again!! BYW, the restaurants all close at 9pm.

Great place! Just as good as the pics! Plenty of space for our girls weekend. Golf cart was such a nice extra. The location was PERFECT!

We enjoyed our stay at the house! Exactly as described! My 4 year old loved the bunk room! And the golf cart was so nice! We had everything we needed and were about a mile from the seaside square. I forgot to bring salt and pepper and sugar with me. So just fyi to bring that stuff with you. The communication was super simple and they made check in/out easy! We loved it!

Greast house! Upon arrival the home had not been cleaned due to a scheduling glitch. The property manager was responsible and handled the issue quickly and professionally. She also included VISA gift card for our trouble.

The house, beach and town did not disappoint. Everything was nearby and easily walkable or ridable with the bikes or cart.

Loved this house. Super clean, comfortable and in a perfect spot. Minutes to the grocery store, town and beach. Plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors - grill, porch swing and lots of amenities!

Easy check process, great communication with host. All the necessary things provided to make a great stay. Can’t wait to come back!
