Amazing, the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tons of beach supplies, bikes and golf cart were very useful. Loved the hot tub and location.

This was our second stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house has everything you could need, was beautifully decorated, the beach was very close by, and the golf cart gave us quick and convenient access to the surrounding areas. Our host was proactively communicative and helpful, and responded very quickly. Would recommend to anyone!

I can't recommend this property enough. The location is perfect and the host is extremely communicative and helpful. So close to restaurants, the tunnel under Rt 98, and so many beaches! Highly recommend!

This property was very clean and offered a lot of great amenities. The golf cart and bikes were a nice addition. The home was very modern and in working order Kelly kept really good communications and provided us clear instructions. Great stay!!! Would highly recommend and stay again.

Kelly's home was the perfect place to spend our time at Inlet Beach. The house is beautifully decorated, well supplied, and feels like it is your home away from home. Was fun to have the golf cart and bikes, although our stay included a historic snowfall in the area, so the hot tub was our favorite place to hang out!Kelly was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host - truly appreciated everything!

Gorgeous home, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. There were plenty of towels. It's located in a wonderful area and is close to everything. Everything is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the bikes, hot tub, ping pong table, and the golf cart. We highly recommend!

I brought my family down for a 15th birthday celebration/vaca week for my daughter. We enjoyed our stay so much! This house is clean, adorable and very comfortable! It is exactly how the listing describes it. The beds are super comfortable too. The kids had a blast using the bikes and hot tub everyday. The pool is just a few steps from the house. (Very Convenient) They were able to walk each morning to breakfast nearby and the beach. The golf cart is an added bonus...nice to go take a stroll down 30A. Kelly is an amazing host. We happened to be down at her house when Hurricane Helene was nearby. She communicated with me daily and sent us some water and toiletries just in case we couldn't get out of the house due to the storm. She also sent the kids candy which they enjoyed! I highly recommend her place and can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time during our family vacation at Kelly's place! We really appreciated the golf cart, lots of sand toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella that came with the house. However, we did notice some dust bunnies under the furniture that could use some cleaning.

My family spent a week here and absolutely loved the house/location. We drove from Tx, but once we parked the car we never moved it again. The house came with a golf cart and plenty of bikes (even a motorized petty cab!), so getting around was a breeze. Parking on 30A and at the beach is a nightmare, so having the accessibility of the bikes and golf cart was great! Look forward to staying here again on our next visit, and will definitely be flying back next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night vacation. The home was comfortable and clean (and I am very picky)! The space was perfect for a couple and two teens. We had more than enough room. We enjoyed the use of the bikes, golf cart, pool and hot tub. The house really had everything we needed for a lovely beach vacation. The location was peaceful and we felt very safe. This was our first time in the area and the owner was very responsive to my questions and provided great recommendations. We really enjoyed Inlet Beach which is conveniently located near the home, just a short bike ride or drive. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. There is also a nearby Publix. We enjoyed visiting the nearby beach towns along 30A. Without hesitation I would recommend this rental to friends and family wanting to stay in the area. Thanks for hosting us!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at this VRBO rental. The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated close to the beach and other attractions. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The golf cart was the perfect ride getting to and from the beach. The bikes were great to travel into Rosemary for shopping and dining. Contact with the host was super easy with quick responses. Enjoyed everything about our stay and would recommend for future vacation goers.

Our stay at this vacation home at Inlet Beach was our favorite VRBO vacation! Location, cleanliness, and the amenities were excellent. Although it’s not on the beach, it’s very convenient to 30Avenue for restaurants and a quick bike ride, golf cart, or tricycle ride to the beach. We parked the car on the first day and didn’t get back into it until the day we left! We rode on 30A in the 6 seater golf cart, rode bikes and the electric tricycle on the Timpoochee Trail, so there were many options to get around town!!! The golf cart was nice, but the electric tricycle was a blast. After spending the day at the beach or exploring Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, it was great to come back and relax in the hot tub in the quiet little neighborhood next to 30Avenue. We brought the pup along and it was very convenient to have a fenced in backyard! There are plenty of beach chairs and gears, so it has almost everything you would want on a vacation home near the beach. We definitely plan to visit and stay again!
