Golf Cart ☀️ Beach Chairs, Community Pool, Gated Community ☀️

We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) and this house was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Having the golf cart was really, really great. Easy to get around and park close to the beach. Enough seating for us all, along with all of our beach gear. Obviously, having a washer and dryer is key and this set did not disappoint. Plenty of washing going on after spending all day at the beach. Publix grocery store is nearby (I would take the car, not the golf cart as it's a couple of miles away). But, great to have that around to get all the essentials who may have forgotten. If I could make a recommendation, it would be to have non-plastic cutting boards (wood, titanium, glass or alternative), as well as pots and pans that are NOT non-stick. We prefer to avoid Teflon and PFAs and there was only one pan that was not non-stick. Oh, and have more coasters for drinks. Unless I missed them, I only saw 2. But we will definitely stay here again. This trip restored my wife's faith in Florida vacations again.

We had an awesome stay at Sweet N Salty! The house is beautiful, super comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group. We loved using the golf cart to get to the beach and hanging out by the community pool in the evenings. The porch and balcony were perfect spots to relax. Beach Luxury Vacations made everything easy from start to finish—we'll definitely be back!

OMG we cannot tell you enough how amazing our vacation was here. The home is in a great location and most places are accessible by the included golf cart. The management company answered all of our question and check in was seamless. We will be back!

Place was exactly as described and this is a nice neighborhood. Not that many homes and honestly we often had the pool to ourselves. Quick golf cart ride or about 15 minute walk to beach if you're not carrying gear. Great central spot on 30A. Would stay here again, thanks to the staff at Luxury Beach Vacations.

The location fantastic—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still quiet enough for peaceful morning coffee on the front porch. The management company was friendly and quick to respond for any questions we had during our stay.

The house was spacious and beautiful, I loved the high ceilings. This home has every kitchen appliance imaginable, lol. The private balcony off the master was such a peaceful spot to start and end each day. The home is located in a quiet, gated community just a few minutes from Seaside, which made it easy to enjoy great restaurants, shops, and live music nearby. The beach was only a short golf cart trip away, and having beach chairs provided made it even easier. The community pool is massive and close by. It has a neat lounge area. The management company, Beach Luxury Vacations was great to work with. They were sooo helpful! We'd love to stay here again if we come back to town.

Sweet N Salty has everything we needed for a great vacation and the host was very responsive and helpful.

The house and all the amenities were exactly what we wanted and we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the place. We plan on returning soon.

Great spot, easy in and out, safe feeling and close to lots of great places! 98% good! Bikes were rusted and without tires out back….so that was a no go, but we loved every bit of the house and the stay! You will not be disappointed! We will come again.

What a great place to spend a week on Florida's beautiful 30A. This home is well-appointed, comfortable, bright and airy. And incredibly clean! We were a group of 4 mothers and 4 daughters with room for all. Linens and towels are fresh and plenty. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, and plenty of storage for food, wine, etc.. Location is excellent being just a short drive to explore the 30A, or use the golf cart to spend the day at the beach or go for dinner! Lots to do within walking distance as well, and the pool is a 5 minute stroll from the home. Quiet and lovely community to relax when you're having down time at the house. The porch with its chairs and hammock were a popular place for our group to gather. Highly recommend Sweet N Salty!

Everything about this property was awesome, from the location to food, shops, and beach. Having the golf cart was a game changer for our trip and we are now spoiled and will never not have one on our beach trips. The house is beautiful, was very clean, and had all the kitchen supplies you could ask for. The only thing we didn't particularly like (but would not stop us from renting this house again) was the air rule of 72 degrees. With the August heat and humidity in FL we got a little hot while sleeping at those temps. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in the Santa Rosa Beach area.

So much fun! We had the perfect vacation in the most perfect house. The house was super clean and so comfortable. We will be back for sure!
