Located in the secluded, gated community of Cypress Breeze, it’s within biking distance to the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access and the vibrant artist colony of Gulf Place. With a wealth of nearby amenities, Sandpeper has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Hop on one of the three provided bikes for a quick ride to local spots—this home is sure to become one of your favorite vacation destinations for years to come!

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by hardwood floors and an open-concept design, blending the living room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly.

The kitchen exudes a coastal rustic charm, featuring granite countertops, a three-person breakfast bar, and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a large double-door refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. With ample space around the dining table, perfect for family meals, and a fully-appointed kitchen for even the most discerning chef, Sandpeper truly feels like a home away from home.

The living room offers plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot for family entertainment.

The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, premium contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and granite countertops. The spacious walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury. If you need to work remotely, the master bedroom also includes a desk, monitor, keyboard, webcam, and docking station—perfect for completing work or remote schooling.

The two additional guest rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, are both furnished with high-quality pieces and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. With TVs in every bedroom, there’s no need to fight over the remote! The guest rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Cypress Breeze Plantation is a secluded, family-friendly, gated community just beyond the sparkling white sands of County Highway 30A. It’s perfectly located near local dining and entertainment and just a short walk to the beach.

The community’s striking lagoon-style pool is a true oasis, featuring multiple interconnected levels with rocky islands, shallow caves, flowing waterfalls, and fountains. The pool area is surrounded by towering palm trees and includes an expansive sun deck for lounging. Bathroom facilities, showers, and dressing rooms are conveniently located on-site. Your family may never want to leave this watery wonderland!

Sandpeper is a short walk (or bike ride!) from Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar & Restaurant, as well as the vibrant Gulf Place. Located between Dune Allen Beach and Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place is known for its artist colony and offers a range of restaurants, art galleries, and bistro cafes. The area also boasts pristine beaches, a manicured green amphitheater lawn, and lush native plants. Free concerts and seasonal festivals are held throughout the year, and the sparkling Gulf is just a short stroll or bike ride away. Gulf Place is also a fantastic spot for shopping, with everything from upscale boutiques to thrift stores.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway along Florida's stunning Gulf Coast, connecting the coastal villages of South Walton through rare dune lakes, sugar-white sand, and emerald-blue waters. This home is part of our Resort Linen and Terry Package, guaranteeing fresh linens and towels with every turn (excluding beach towels).

Beach Access:
-The beach access for 'Sandpeper' is the Ed Waline Beach Access located 1.2 miles from the home.

-The Longleaf Pine Trail (right next to the home) leads all the way to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access!

Pool Access:
Sandpeper enjoys access to the Cypress Breeze community pool just a short walk from the home!

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

    Location & house were great!The reason for the low score is for lack of cust service with the mgmt company, BeachWalk Vacations.We utilize a GC every time we vacay on 30A & know exactly how far we can go/take same routes so that we don’t run out of battery life.The GC was charged prior to checking in Sat & stayed plugged in till we took it out Sun afternoon.We got stranded on 30A during a busy time for traffic!Luckily, 2 men pulled over to help my husband push the GC onto the side of the road in the sand/dirt.We called cust service (which was before the end of business hrs) & there was ZERO concern for our safety or attempt to really help us.We were treated as if it was our fault and told we shouldve charged it over night (which we did!).The GC didn’t hold its charge as it should’ve.We were told we needed to find our own way back to the rental home via an Uber, etc.They wouldn't help us with this (nor reimburse us for the Uber).They stated they would have it towed back to the house.We’ve never used Uber & the location we was stuck in had a lot of trees which caused our phones to have poor reception.It was difficult to download the Uber app just to get us back to the house approx 5 miles away.We hadn’t been to the house 15 min and cust service called telling us the GC had been charged & we had to go pick it up!!There was 1 bar of battery life, we only got 1 mile further and stuck AGAIN! Also, no info provided that a fob was needed for pool so didn’t get to use it.

    This house was beautiful. Very clean and spacious for my family of 5. We enjoyed having the golf cart to take to the beach which was very close less than 10 minutes away. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we were impressed with the property and location. We will definitely come back. Only downfall is that 3 out of 4 waterfalls at the pool and the pool shower was broken and not on.

    We had a good trip to the beach before the college kids head back to school. The house had more than enough room, however, the main living room needed a new couch and coffee table.

    This property is very well maintained and fully updated and equipped. I didn’t notice it pictures, so I would like to point out that there is a firepit in the backyard with two nice porch swings. The neighborhood is quiet with a very nice community swimming pool. The drive into town is maybe 6-7 minutes on the provided golf cart. Management was responsive and accommodate our needs. We will definitely be back for a visit, and I recommend that you do as well!

    We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, a quiet, safe neighborhood only a short walk or bike ride to town or the beach. The golf cart was awesome! We took that to multiple beaches. We could pile all of our beach gear on it and the kids loved it! The pool was AMAZINGGG! Loved it and would definitely come back again.

    Loved the property. Everything as advertised. Just my wife and I this time so plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked, outdoor patio very nice, golf cart, etc. Pool is great!

    We had a great stay in this beautiful Santa Rosa Beach home. Great location, not too busy and an easy drive into Destin. When the entry code did not work, the property manager was easy to get in touch with, and promptly provided a different code. Having the bikes and golf cart was a big benefit — the gated community was perfect for the kids to ride bikes in.
