Property Maintenance Schedule

Lawn Care: Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, usually visits on the 2nd/3rd week of each month, with a start time of 9 AM (earliest). Please note, the schedule may vary depending on weather conditions.

Every Monday for regular trash collection and return them to their original location in the afternoon - Trash collection, handled by Can Monkey (a third-party service). They will pull the trash bins to the curb .



As much as we love pets, we don’t allow them in the listing to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and to accommodate guests with allergies. Thank you for understanding!

    The house was in a nice location, close to alot of nice places to eat within walking distance. The house itself was clean. It is very noisy because it is so close to the airport if you are a light sleeper it is really hard to sleep. The door lock is weird and overall it did not make me feel safe, from the inside you can not tell if it is locked. You hit the lock it makes no sound and you can always open it from the inside.No dead bolt. Also the lock would not unlock at times with the correct code and other times would unlock with only 3 of the 4 digits. I almost got the feeling the person on the ring doorbell was locking it. When I rented it it said it had a washer and dryer and then when I asked where it was they said it did have one and it was in the garage and use the code for the front door. The code did not work. When I told the person I that the code did not work I was then I was told we could not use it becuse we were not allowed in the gargae. The only compansation they offered for this was to pay for the use of the laudry mat. I wanted the convience as my son was getting off the ship. SO going to the laundry mat was not in the plans for the days I was there. The front and back yard have no grass. The backyard is good sized but 2 sides of it have apartmen building that look over into the backyard. So no privacy.
