Brighten rainy days with the pool table, air hockey, poker table, PacMan, darts, bubble hockey, chess and checker table, classic and new board games, and gym with Peloton bike.

Home can accommodate 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults and 4 childrenunder the age of 3, as per Franklin County guidelines.

Home has been renovated with new paint, light fixtures, and new furnishings. New countertops and backsplash in well-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and double ovens, Keurig and drip coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, kids’ dishware, cups, and utensils. Dining table seats eight with more seating at the island.

Home is located in a quiet cove off the main channel. Separate living areas provide plenty of space for guests to relax after enjoying a day on the lake. Primary bedroom is on the main level with additional bedrooms on the lake level.

Ample outdoor space to take advantage of water views while dining or relaxing on the rocking chairs. Main level outdoor deck comfortably seats eight with another lake level fire table that seats six. Fenced yard. Bring or rent a boat. Dock accommodates up to 27’ boat. Lake stairs with six steps and double railing provide easy access into the lake for you and your guests.
