Family home in University Park! Enjoy staying in our luxurious new 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath University Park 3700 sf home. Previous Celebrity Home now can be yours! All bedrooms have attached bathrooms. 5 HD TV's. Netflix. WIFI. 5 beds (1K, 2 Queen, 2 Twin). Great temporary home for families waiting to close on a home or doing home renovation/repair! Close to everything!

Please note: you must provide names of ALL people who will be staying overnight in advance of the booking.
When makingyour request to book, please include:
(1) Reason for stay
(2) Acknowledgment of reading all house rules
(3) Names of all people coming to house
(4) Description of people attending - this helps us set up our house accordingly - e.g. two married couples, 1 teenage boy, a 4-year-old girl, 5-month-old infant
(5) First person to arrive at house
(6) If there may be add-on guest(s), etc. prior to arrival

PARKING: 5 cars maximum (2 in garage, 2 in rear driveway, and 1 in front on the EAST side).
Absolutely no parking on neighbor’s driveway at any time. This means NO PARKING OR UBER/Lyft drop offs ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CIRCLE DRIVE. Please inform all guests of this rule prior to arrival.

Interaction with guests
When our house is booked, we stay in Uptown in an apartment near American Airlines. If we're in town, we are happy to help you with any resources you may need.

Other things to note
We do have a mini Poodle (pure bred) who stays with us there when we stay at the house. She is hypo-allergenic and does not shed. The hosts are quite allergic to dogs, but have not had any allergic response to this dog. Our dog will not be there when you stay.

- All guests' names must be submitted prior to booking
- No more than 2 guests or visitors allowed in premises other than the booked guests without prior approval
- Names of all overnight visitors and permission required in advance of visitor stay
- All guests must sign guest book upon arrival
- Photo identification of booking guest required
