Glad Tidings - Six Bedroom, Four Bath Inlet-Front Beach Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying in Glad Tidings with our family. The only issue we found is the deteriorated deck and steps. The boards were all rotting and in bad shape with rusted nails and screws coming out. Lots of splinters and stubbed toes. Definitely needs replacing for next year!

Reviewer Comments: Our week started off not great, arrived at the Glad Tidings at 4:00 expecting to get in but unfortunately it was nowhere near being clean. One poor girl was inside cleaning a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom multi level homeby herself and was not allowed to open the door. This was understandable except it was 94 degrees with 70% humidity and we had groceries and diabetic medication, all of which needed to bebe out of the heat. After numerous calls to Garden Cuty Realty we were finally allowed in to put our groceries inside. I have rented from this cot and never had to wait that long to get in.

Private dock on the inlet for the fisherman in the group and a private pool in the backyard for lots of cooling off and a beautiful you might as well say private beach just across the street. This makes our 6th stay at Glad Tidings and we will be back! We have stayed in other homes and none measure up to the overall package that Glad Tidings presents...she has become our home away from home.

Did not get addressed in a timely manner. The wood for the dock, front porch and rear porch are old and dried out, had to deal with splinters all week. Several outlets either did not work or were loose. (Safety hazard)

The property has enough sleeping locations to meet the needs of our sometimes expanding family and sometimes shrinking family. The clean uncrowded beach is just across the street. Being inside Inlet Harbor means that street has almost no traffic on it.
