This was a wonderful property, and the landlady was really on top of it; answering our calls and/or emails immediately. My only complaint. The photos show active fireplaces (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom), however, we were NOT allowed to use them. I would have been more than willing to leave an extra deposit for the privilege of using them. Also, there is no dishwasher in this beautiful home. Both bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs that fill and empty very efficiently. Ample parking, a great pantry with basics that we could use. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the Palmer area.

We've always had a great stay here. I actually book my trip around the availability of this property. I'm sad to see that the neighborhood is being developed, but it doesn't detract from the stay in any way (and I understand the draw.) The renovations are a huge improvement! Beautiful workmanship.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Clean, large and private .. we would stay here again if we should return to the area. (The road construction is a bit of a distraction, but we decided to let it add to our adventure).

We enjoyed the house bit was very comfortable for our family.

We stayed here for 4 night and although the house is nice it has a couple draw back’s right now. The construction going on by the house on the dirt road is massive. A long drive on dirt and uneven gravel caused the undercarriage to scrape and the car to have a layer of dust both inside and out. The only house complaints we had was the struggle to sleep with 24 Hour Summer Daylight and no covering on the large window in the bedroom upstairs. Also, with no AC in the house it got very hot during the day to a point the small ceiling fans couldn’t cool it down. I was hoping to find portable fans but there were none, until now, I had to buy one to sleep and left it there for others. The house was comfortable other than that, cleaning could have been better, we arrived to food in the fridge, and dishes in the sink. We strongly suggest you bring drinking water as the water smell might turn you off of drinking it. I think this house is best during Winter months.

We loved the property setting and the house couldn't have been more perfect for our stay. Our host was excellent with clear communcation. It was the cherry on top of our Alaskan vacation.

Property located in the forest via easy- to-drive dirt road off of the main roadway. Our GPS (Waze) found it perfectly. Zero routing issues. Super clean home, beautiful kitchen. A few of the cooking pans may need to be replaced soon but that is a minor nit-pick. Our stay was amazing, had a Moose show up our last day, grubbing on some vegetation right outside the main sitting area's window. All slept comfortably, perfect temperature in the home. The nearby scenic drives were stunning. Property Manager was super easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. We sure will again without hesitation.

Beautiful peaceful property, would rent here again on next trip.
