Our charming cottages are completely renovated with great taste & they are located in an enchanting setting on the banks of the river in Montolieu, book village and only 15 minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne.

*The gîte La Maison du Vigneron completely renovated in 2024 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sofa beds for 4 people, 2 kitchens and 2 terraces can be rented entirely for 8 to 12 people maximum or in 2 parts with only 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people and the gite la Confluence with 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people. This ad offers you the cottage with 3 bedrooms.

*The Au fil de l'eau gîte, built in the 16th century around the old arched entrance gate of the village, will immerse you in a unique setting.
Ideal for 4 to 6 people max.

*The “Le Nid de Raymond” gîte, this cozy, charming and cozy nest, open since 2021, is ideal for 2 to 4 people maximum.
