It was amazing...everyone had their space. No waiting for showers or bath time. Babies took naps without disruption. The house was perfect!

The home is spacious, well equipped and perfectly positioned for the beach or visits to the nearby commercial areas.

The refrigerators in the main house need replacing as several shelves were missing. My son and his 7 month old fell to the ground when the swinging chair came out of the ceiling. The televisions were not all functioning and the Fuze ball table did not work. The staff was responsive, but there was only soo much that they could do. Again, we enjoyed the home and it was accomodated 24 of us, but it needs some TLC for the money spent.

This house is beautiful and very accurately advertised! Very clean and more than enough space for our group of 15 girls. As of May 2024 there is construction of a new home happening directly next to the backyard - and that work did wake us up early on the week day and was not ideal to be in the pool with workmen right on the other side of the short fence. Be sure to communicate with the property management on this if it is going to bother you.

Everything that is written about it is true! The beach is beautiful, we biked to town, enjoyed the pool (we got it heated), and truly had a wonderful time. The Luxury Rentals Team was great! Very responsive before during and after the trip!We would highly recommend them and this property!

Main home was spacious and well appointed! Beds were some of the Most Comfortable experienced! Property was Super clean and well maintained. Carriage house was a plus for our older kids and those who needed to have a quieter area to work! Just lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! The pool was exceptional and the pool heater did the job every day... keeping the pool temp at 89...family of all ages took advantage of this amenity. Corn hole set up was very nice and lots of fun. This is just an Outstanding rental property very close to Inlet beach and walking distance to Rosemary! 30A Luxury Vacation is a really well run, customer focused property management company!!! Can’t say enough good things about their responsive to any issues! We have rented via this company for a number of years and have been consistently outstanding both with the quality and value of their properties as well as their professionalism and responsiveness to any issue! This is was just an Outstanding Family December vacation...thanks to Gilligan’s Island and 30A Luxury Vacations! We will Return!
