Additional Notes:
1. NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc) inside the property. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is detected indoors, a mandatory fee of $500 will be charged to cover specialized deep cleaning and deodorizing. Please do not leave butts or trash on the deck, porch, or in the yard.

2. The downstairs bonus room is still under renovation, as is the laundry room. Both are currently being used for storage. The bonus room has a sofa and offers a quiet space to get away or work. The laundry room has a brand new Samsung steam washer and dryer. The WASHER door and detergent drawer must be left OPEN when not in use to let the water evaporate. Keep the DRYER door CLOSED after use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your use. Please do not touch the stored items in either of these rooms (except the folding table and chairs). Also, keep the door to the laundry room and the bonus room closed at all times or it will affect the temperature in the rest of the house.

3. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early arrival or late check-out is $50, and we’d love to accommodate you if possible. Message to inquire about availability.

4. Accidents happen. Please report a broken item, stain, leak, maintenance issue, or damage as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly. However, if permanent stains on bed linens are due to eating or drinking in bed, or on towels because the provided makeup cloths were not used, a replacement fee of $25 per item will be charged. There will also be a replacement fee for any missing decor or amenities from the home.

5. Finally, while we love making the house available for however many people you'd like to have over, please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. All events and the number of guests invited must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unauthorized parties or large gatherings will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund, and you will be asked to vacate the premises. Additional fees will be charged if there is damage to the property and/or excessive cleaning necessary above and beyond a normal turnover. Keep the noise level down, wrap it up at a decent hour, and don't do anything that would require a visit from local authorities. Remember, leave the place better than you found it!
