Stayed Mar 16, 2024We ended up loving the location-- easy walk to so many great spots, however-- serious confusion upon our arrival. We were told we needed to check in before 7pm in the paperwork (or you get charged!) We planned for 5:30 but it was a gorgeous day so decided to take the slow way up through Tuscany. When I texted to let them know, the person I was communicating with said we needed to be there by 6 (!) Well, that wasn't possible even if we drove directly going fast. Made it by 6:10 but it kind of ruined our afternoon and then learned that we couldn't have our vehicle there and got some really confused instructions about what to do with it. Ended up having to figure it out ourselves (the solution we were given was not possible without Italian credentials) and it was a bit nervewracking. Apartment was fine. No coffee or soap for handwashing, but otherwise spacious and clean. The grafitti we saw in the city upon arrival made us concerned, but we ended up really liking Bologna. The people were nice and the food was amazing and where we were felt safe. I would go back and spend more time and NOT bring a vehicle.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The property was very spacious and comfortable. The air con made a huge difference in 35 degrees heat! Everything in central Bologna was so easily accessible by foot. The only small.downside was street noise overnight and early morning- windows not very soundproof

Stayed Sep 30, 2023We loved our Getthekey Batisti! The apartment was close to the Piazza Maggiore and the center of town. We walked everywhere. The apartment was very comfortable for two couples. Mattia was very helpful with a few little issues and always responded to my messages. She even arranged a driver to the airport for us when we asked about taxis. I highly recommend staying here!!

Stayed May 26, 2022We were two couples in the 'senior' age range. The apartment is incredibly spacious, light and airy, comfortable beds, perfect for a longer stay (17 nights for us), and located very well in Bologna (just far enough from the touristy things around Piazza Maggiore but just 5 minutes from the Mercato dell'Erbe). Federico was waiting for us outside when our taxi pulled up, and Mattia and Sandra were always responsive when we contacted them (even, with a minor issue, on a Sunday morning). The pictures on the website are accurate, but they don't convey how large the rooms are. Highest recommendation.
