Getaway on the Greenway

Summary:

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Charlotte. We are located minutes from the McAlpine Creek Greenway, grocery stores, and downtown Matthews with its restaurant, casual nightlife, and library. 15-20 minutes away is uptown Charlotte which has endless restaurants, shopping, and activities. If you'd rather stay in and relax, we have plenty of amenities including board games, books, wood burning fire pit, and a 4K Smart TV.


r>The Space:

A great place for getting together with friends and family. The house has two living areas and a kitchen that can be used to host a group. For outdoor activities, enjoy the spacious and private back yard with a wood fire pit. Great for a relaxing evening after a day in Charlotte!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Parking is available onsite but the driveway is somewhat steep. Guests usually do not have difficulty with this and my husband and I park there regularly without issues. However, we do want to give guests with restricted mobility a heads up. Street parking is also available if guests would rather park there.



The Neighborhood:

This well established neighborhood is settled near the McApline Creek Greenway with many older trees. Very close to Matthews and quite drivable to Arboretum shopping area, South park, and downtown.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking is available in the driveway as well as on the street. Uber and Lyft can get you to downtown Charlotte or anywhere you need to go in the city.



Interaction with Guests:

My husband Tyler and I will be just a text away if you need anything at all! We tend to give our guests privacy but are happy to show you around Charlotte if you would like!
