Excellent location, and very clean and comfortable.

Super easy check-in and check-out. Hosts were great. The hot water heater barely had enough to get through one shower. The thermostat is located upstairs and it stayed warm, while the downstairs stayed pretty chilly. Creature comforts, but overall good for a quick stay.

The host was helpful and welcoming. The location was ideal for us. We felt the unit could use some updating and a deep clean. We would have preferred a few more towels, paper goods and kitchen items. The floorplan was great and beds were comfortable.

This was a great stay! The price was right and the property was easy to find, convenient to so much in the area! The host was really way to connect with and very communicative!

Property was nice and accommodated our family for our short stay. However, fridge water and ice dispenser not working and right fridge door handle is broken and other items that need to be fixed and have addressed to host. Overall great place to stay.

This property was perfect for my family

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The layout was perfect for four adults on their own time schedules. The home had everything we needed even a few spices to make the shopping trip a little less expensive. The location was perfect as its just a few blocks from a grocery and in the other direction just a few blocks from shopping and fast food. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our future visits.

Everything was great

The property is in a great location and is in a quiet neighbor hood but is in need of a handful of repairs. The A/C was not working when we arrived, was able to communicate with the property manager and was told to open the windows. They got someone out 24 hours later to get it fixed. The dishwasher was not working, the handle on the fridge was broken, there’s no ice or water with the fridge, there’s a broken floor board not attached to the ground right when we walked in, the towel rack fell completely off the wall when we touched the bathroom towel. For what we paid - this property is not worth it. Asked for some type of compensation for these inconveniences and the property manager never responded.

Stayed here with adult kids and nephews for a March ski weekend. Good location for the Cottonwoods and layout for 4-6 people. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness - thick dust / dirt caked on every windowsilll, all blinds, and vent covers for the air heat. I got congested after a few hours there, and we all felt we had to clean before going to sleep to avoid waking up congested. I asked the host to address which she eventually did the next day, only after numerous requests and back n forth w host. ( initiall response was to clean it after we left) Host downplayed the issue - seems she believes it is acceptable. So if you catch it right this can be a good place but heads up if you catch it in between full cleaning cycles

great location to hit multiple mountains . Condo needs a little TLC ( a few things broken ) but stay was good

This is such a nice property to stay at. The host was easy to get in contact with and we had no issues during our stay. Very clean, tidy and comfortable beds to sleep on. I highly recommend booking this for your next vacation.

Everything was fine. The washing machine was out of order. But we were able to work around it.
