This is our second time staying at this lovely property. It is so beautiful and spacious and fits our family so well. Dana is a great host and provides great communication. We have great memories here and hope to come back again!

Everything was great, clean, well labeled and organized. I wish we didn't have all of the wedding activities to attend so we could have stayed and enjoyed all of the games and activities the house had to offer. We will definitely be back.

Amazing house outside of downtown Traverse City, plenty of things to do in the house without even leaving! We had a rainy evening and stayed in and played some of the games provided at the house, and hung out in the 3 season room.

Centrally located for many activities. The house was better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. Perfectly clean and manicured inside and out!! The price is high but worth it for what we needed.

Our extended family stayed here for a long weekend trip to Traverse City. Our youngest was 6 months old and oldest was 90 and everyone left happy! With 10 of us, the home was perfect. Dana's rental had everything you could need. We even canceled one of our plans just to come spend some family time in this beautiful and cozy home. My grandmother is already asking me when the rental is available next summer.

Great home nestled away but conveniently located near everything. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was readily available. Large front porch for relaxing, and large back yard and patio for games and grilling out.

This home is exactly what we needed. We had our daughter, her husband, and one year old baby with us. They stayed in the basement with their own living space, bedroom, and bathroom. Our adult son slept upstairs and had his own space including a bathroom. We (Grandma & Grandpa) stayed in the primary room on the main floor, with our own bathroom too. The house is fully furnished with everything you need. Our host, Dana, has thought of all the details! She is very responsive to your questions and needs. The house is ultra clean and it’s like new. I would highly recommend this home to anyone . You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful home and property. Clean and well appointed. Dryer wasn’t working, we were told ahead of time. Fun games and porch/patio areas made all 8 of us close but not too close LOL. EASY drives to dunes, lakes and downtown.

The house is new, clean, and very well-maintained. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's beautifully nestled in the woods, offering a peaceful and scenic setting. The location is perfect for exploring Traverse City, Glen Arbor, Leland, Northport, and Suttons Bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base—and we can’t wait to come back!

The house was wonderfully set up for guests and there were thoughtful touches throughout. Before we even arrived and during our stay, the communication was great and we had very helpful tips for locating the property. There was an adorable sign welcoming us for our stay and information about the property and check out was easy to find. Light switches and cabinets were labeled throughout which was incredibly helpful. The bedrooms all had ceiling fans and the speeds could be adjusted with switches by the light switches. The upstair bedrooms both had oscillating fans which was really helpful. My kids had a great time in the game room and playing tether ball outside. My son enjoyed the collection of videos available in the lower level.Small touches were appreciated also like makeup washcloths, disposable makeup remover cloths, and silicon pads to protect the bathroom counters from curling irons. I really enjoyed drinking coffee and reading on the screened in porch each morning. The property was well maintained and private.The location was great also, just a quick drive to the small town of Lake Ann, or a 20 minute drive to Traverse City.Overall the experience from start to finish was perfect.

Our family (7 of us) felt right at home in this lovely home! Photos and description reflected the house perfectly. Location within about 30 minutes of Frankfort, Empire, Glen Arbor and Traverse City. Check in/out was a breeze and Dana was available by text; very responsive. Everyone, including the 7 and 4 year olds, want to come back!!

The house was great, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t even think of that were perfect for our multi-generational group. We especially enjoyed the Leelanau Curling Club in Maple City! They had lessons and playing time and a nice restaurant.

We had an amazing time in Michigan. This house is absolutely gorgeous. Fully stocked with everything that you can imagine. This house is like brand new. Super clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property! Very clean and nicely maintained. Location is slightly off the main road and “tucked in” to a wooded area. Ideal location for access to both Traverse City and all things Sleeping Bear.

We had 3 adults 4 children. This is just a beautiful location away from the busy. Really quiet neighborhood only a few neighbors. House was perfect for our needs with plenty of room for 2 families.

My family and I absolutely loved being able to stay at this home during our trip to TC. The house is absolutely beautiful, it has everything you’d ever need, and Dana is so quick and clear in communication. Seven of us enjoyed 5 days in beautiful Benzie county. This home provided everything we needed, and privacy for each couple with the bedrooms spread out on each floor. The porch is delightful and the kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Beautiful area. The house worked so well for our family as we celebrated my son's wedding. The fact that everything was labeled made it so easy.

This home was perfect for our family to enjoy time together. Very clean, spacious, organized and Dana thought of every detail. We had 7 adults and there was room for everyone. 3 full baths was great. Nice yard with fire pit and games (we didn’t use this time). A dishwasher would have been nice, but we washed the dishes with hot water to ensure they were clean. It’s located near our favorite Northern Michigan activities: golf, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Art’s Tavern restaurant, local shopping, Traverse City, wineries, Mission Point Lighthouse and the casino! It was a full long weekend stay! Next time we’ll take in the beaches! Thank you Dana for the personal welcome sign and for hosting our family time together!!

Great property for anyone planning on exploring the TC area. Very clean, well stocked with necessities. Large outdoor area with a grill, fire pit, a box of yard games and a tether ball. The property is located in a wooded area so there is no shortage of kindling for nightly fires. The game room inside had a PAC Man video game, board games and a selection of books for all ages.

The house is very clean and well kept, which was very much appreciated. We loved all the labels around the house helping guests know where things are (especially in the kitchen). The property is nicely nestled in the woods away from the road, so we did not hear any neighbors and it was great to enjoy a campfire outdoors. We would love to return in the future!

Loved staying in this beautiful home! It was so clean and also gave us lots of space for our family of 4. We had extra space since it was just the 4 of us. This house could easily accommodate two families with kids since the two upstairs bedrooms each have multiple beds. Everything in the house was labeled making everything easy to use and to find. Check in and out was very simple and the host was very good about responding to our questions when we were planning our trip. This house was about 20 minutes or so from Traverse City and also about the same distance to Glen Arbor. So a tiny bit of driving back and forth but the house also was in a quiet private setting which we enjoyed. We would most definitely rent this house again if we come back to the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and well stocked. We had three couples and did not feel crowded. It is secluded in the woods for privacy, but not far from many activities. We visited TC, wineries & breweries on both peninsulas, Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear Dunes. The manager was very easy to work with and Check in was simple. We would definitely stay here again.

It was so nice to stay in a secluded woodsy retreat, yet be so close to everything we wanted to do! It was clean, roomy (lots of beds) and had every little detail you wouldn’t even think of like matches (we used for the fire pit), games, cooking dishes, lots of linens and laundry soap. We were able to just enjoy our vacation since everything had been taken care of!

The property is top notch, they thought of everything!
