We had unexpected changes to our travel plans, and George was transparent and understanding in doing everything in his power to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend.
Great house, very spacious, views in every room. Tons of amenities/games to keep the young ones entertained. Access to lots of outdoor activities and right off the highway to get into Asheville or Johnson City. Please note I would only rent this place if you drive a 4x4 or at the very least AWD, especially during winter (summer not as much of an issue). Property manager is extremely attentive and is extremely nice if any issues arise. Definitely will come back in the future!
The house was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We had a great time hanging out in the hot tub, playing pool, foosball and ping pong. We visited nearby Asheville and enjoyed some great food and shopping.
Spent a few days at Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The views were amazing! Very comfortable home with everything you would need and much more. We felt like we’re were staying in someone’s home vs. a rental. Dan the property manager was immediately available when we needed something. Would definitely come back again.
By far the best supplied VRBO that we have ever stayed in! Kids loved the hot tub, pool table and ping pong. Great bedrooms and the view was incredible. Got to see the start of the fall colors too! Would highly recommend!
Fantastic views with amazing sunsets. Very well stocked with games, soaps, detergents and paper products. Loved the cabin layout!
Beautiful location, stunning sunsets! Super fun amenities-ping pong, pool table, foosball, hot tub, fishing poles, Xbox, and plenty of games and puzzles. Very well stocked down to batteries and scotch tape! We had a gathering of 15 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and mingle comfortably. Only complaint is steep driveway, but then it’s in the mountains!
We had an amazing stay. I spent a week there- a couple days with friends and a few days with my husband and 2 dogs and it was perfect for both. Great hiking in the community; easy day trip to Asheville; best stocked kitchen I've ever had at a rental. No better way to spend a cool summer morning than on that porch...and the sunsets! We hope to be back.
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the game tables and hot tub. It was very windy and rainy so we didn’t get to spend too much time outside. We did travel to Black Mountain and loved the little shops. We did get some snow one night which was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter. Cons: the jets on one side of the hot tub weren’t working, we had issues with the refrigerator not cooling properly( not getting cold enough) Notes: the driveway is very steep and gets very slick when it’s raining. We ended up backing in and pulling out.
This property is situated in Wolf Laurel with stunning views. House is spacious and clean and property manager is helpful and quick to respond.
Stayed for three nights first week of December. This is a very nice cabin, everything was clean and very well stocked. Everything pictured, and described on the website was very accurate. I personally would be nervous renting this place in snowy or icy conditions without four-wheel-drive for it is about 20 minutes up in the mountains. Beautiful view, lovely place, we had dry roads the whole time with no problem. Would definitely rent again.
This house was beautiful. It was fully stocked. When it stated just bring groceries, that is accurate. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. Every couple had their own space and privacy. We loved the sunsets every night. The fireplace was lovely while watching TV. The hiking in the community was awesome. We loved the hike on Bald Mountain. I highly recommend staying at this property.
loved the view and cabin
