We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was great inside and out. The property is amazing and picturesque. We went sledding right in front of the cabin steps. Good time and lots of laughs.
Our 2nd time staying and we really enjoyed it. The cabin was clean and ready for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to come again next year.
Filthy, discusting run down dump!two of my guests were hurt by broken floor boards on the deck cobwebs, filthy windows broken bed, every light fixture full of Dead mosquitoes mismatched chairs to on the deck were broken (the back w as cracked) master bed was so old that each person literally rolled to the center of the bed. however the host was very apologetic and said I would receive a full refund of which I have still not received
master bedroom bed old and sags, Living room couches old and sagging. Owner did accommodate a cat, that was very helpful and made the trip enjoyable.
We had a great stay in the log cabin. Beautiful and tranquil location. Super easy check in. The cabin was comfortable for 6 adults. Merry Lee our host was great to work with and was very responsive, though we had total privacy during our stay. We cooked out on the grill in the yard and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Wifi and tv worked great, which was great because there was limited cell reception (Bonus!). We would love to stay here again
My family and I had such a wonderful mini-vacation in Vermont at the Cabin on the Farm! The views of the mountain, fresh green air, and invigorating hiking trails allowed us to have the break from the world that we so needed. The farm is quiet and breathtakingly beautiful, which allowed our family to have true quality time. Thank you so much for our stay!
Easy rental and clean. Very secluded, would rent again for longer.
Good experience
Property was nice but needs updating… Bed was not comfortable, and should be replaced. Property setting was beautiful, but access was by dirt road and extended dirt driveway, that should be in description. Directions provided in email for internet connection were wrong, but we found updated instructions in manual on table. Internet connection is needed for devices as otherwise there was no coverage…
Located within short driving distance to various places: Lake St Catherine State Park √+; the Barn Restaurant√+; Otto's Cones Store√+; Liebig Berry Picking√+; Rutland store shopping√. Overall, a good deal - rustic and very private. A great place with plenty of room for 5 adults. Spectacular view and very quiet - except for the 2 am owl. For the price, a great deal.
