The open living and dining area gives your group room to gather. Three bedrooms have king beds and smart TVs; the living room has another smart TV. The fourth bedroom offers twin sleeping space, including a twin XL and trundle. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, standing fan, and sound machine. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination. Enjoy the coffee bar with a Ninja 10-cup carafe, a private covered outdoor living area, and a shaded, partially fenced backyard.

The home sits in a small, quiet residential neighborhood near Georgia Southern. Campus and the Blue Mile are within walking distance, with Gnats and Del Sur among the nearby places to visit. Please be considerate of neighbors during your stay.

The Blue Mile, including Gnats and Del Sur, is about a 5-minute walk. Georgia Southern’s campus is about a 10-minute walk via a protected crosswalk. J.J. Clements Stadium is about 10 minutes away. There is parking for multiple cars at the house.
