Great hosts who made us feel very welcomed. House was clean and cute and worked perfectly for our girls weekend! Would definitely stay here again.

Gracious host (even came over to shovel off snow we got overnight!). Attractively updated, and fully equipped! Just like being at home! Conveniently located for visiting our son.

This home is very well appointed. We had everything we needed. It is so cute and comfortable. Our favorite was having coffee every morning on the front porch! The location was perfect for anything in Geneva or surrounding area!

Stayed s week in June 2025. Property was super clean and well stocked for home away from home. Ideal location near restaurants, shopping, Tom and Elise were most thoughtful and. attentive. Wished we could have stayed longer.

This is a great house with a nice sitting area in the backyard. The home is immaculately clean! I would stay again if ever back in the area.

Communication with the hosts was excellent. The property was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is historical and quaint. The home is very thoughtfully decorated with modern amenities yet keeps the timelessness and charm of the era in which the home was built. We recently stayed at a five star resort over spring break that did not have mattresses and pillows even close to as comfortable as these. We were a family of four so we only used the upstairs bedrooms but my husband and I used the main floor bathroom for getting ready and our sons used the upstairs one. The home does have beautiful butcher block countertops but you do have to be careful with those. If you are looking for a clean place with historic charm and a comfortable bed, this home will be a great fit.

Wonderful home, great location, and beautiful little town

We loved our extended stay at this wonderful property. The house is immaculately clean, warm and welcoming inside, full if charm. We loved the front screen porch and back yard grill and fireplace too. Tom is an excellent host and checked in periodically to make sure we had d everything we needed. I would stay again anytime and highly recommend this spot to our friends and family.

This was a very convenient location for our periodic trips into Chicago by train to attend the Lyric Opera or Chicago Symphony. The property was very well maintained and met our needs for a post performance get together. The owner was extremely accommodating in seeing to our special needs.

All good except for towel shortage in upstairs bathroom. I was a bit surprised to see an extra perdons charge as 6 folks in 3 bedrooms seems normal. That said, the cottage is darling.

This home had great space for our group with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very cute also. We wished the weather had been warm enough for us to enjoy the porch and fire pit. We had a cozy evening in with one of the puzzles provided while we ordered in from some of the many close by restaurants. Very convenient location.

Had an excellent time. Home was on a quiet part of the area and very close to downtown. Fridge went out prior to arrival and the host provided everything for a nice weekend stay. Thanks!

6 of us 40 somethings really enjoyed our stay! The house is cuter in person than the pictures! Awesome screened in porch and back deck space. Very clean and homey! We enjoyed shopping and the local restaurants. Very quick uber ride to the city center or doable walk.

Everything about this house is great! Large main floor bedroom with spacious bathroom. Two more bedrooms upstairs with another beautiful bathroom. Large kitchen and family room adjacent. Screen porch in front is great place to enjoy the neighborhood and patio in back for privacy. Entire home is like new due to remodeling throughout.

This was a fantastic place for us to stay for our softball tournament! Very clean and very good location! Highly recommended.

Wonderful place! Super clean and great location on a quiet street. We were visiting for a family wedding and this place was in good proximity to everything we needed/wanted to do. If we make our way back we will definitely stay here again!

This was definitely one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. The neighborhood was lovely and conveniently located to the Fox River Trail as well as downtown restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, cleanliness was outstanding!! The garage was a huge amenity for bike and car storage. The walk-in shower floor was kind of slippery with no grab bars to catch yourself. We really enjoyed our stay!

The perfect place to host a cousins reunion. A couple of the out of towners stayed overnight while the Chicagoland cousins came for an afternoon visit. Loved the screened in porch and the outside deck. The house was well furnished, clean, comfortable and the host so accommodating. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was ideal. Extremely easy walk to Geneva’s downtown but the home was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the four-season room and took advantage of the bonfire on the back patio. We wish our stay was longer but would definitely be returning.
