***NOTE: The pool does not have a security fence surrounding it. Because the pool is not fenced, the property might not be suitable for very young children. There are safety locks mounted at the tops of all doors leading to the backyard. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED

***There are 3 exterior security cameras and one doorbell camera that monitor the property. Two exterior cameras that monitor the front entrance and parking area. One exterior camera that monitors the side gate entrance. Please do not tamper with the exterior cameras. Tampering and/or covering of exterior cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds and you will be asked to leave the property.
