Note: Our solar heated poolrelies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

The chic 3-bedroom design is thoughtfully zoned to suit couples and families alike, introducing a ground floor living room with cosy wood fire and kitchenette, plus the main kitchen/meals/living zone positioned on the first floor complete with quality appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and beautiful balcony. The main bathroom is resplendent with its designer tub and rain shower, complemented by a similarly stylish master ensuite and powder room. Ceiling fans and split system heating/cooling will keep the whole place comfortable, and there is also a BBQ, family-friendly lawn and parking space for up to 5 vehicles on site.

From this brilliant location it is less than a 5 minute walk to brunch at Peninsula Pantry, and you will be perfectly placed to explore Rye’s vibrant bayfront shops, Rye pier, the back beach, local wineries, hot springs and more.
