Gator Den 6 Bedrooms Steps to UF

Great location in quiet area. The house needed a deep cleaning and some updates. Two of the four stove burners didn’t work and there were no knobs to control the oven. The pots and pans need to be replaced. Not all the ceiling fans worked and they were all quite dirty. We paid a lot of mo ey but didn’t feel we got what we paid for.

We enjoyed our stay. House was cozy and enough room for everyone

We enjoyed the spacious house and easy check in and check out, though it was a little dated which made cooking a little difficult.

Spacious and convenient. Housed my family of 6 very comfortably. Property manager and host were quick to communicate and resolve an issue we had with the City and the stove.

My mother fell within the first hours of being here. Broke her hip. We are from Baltimore and in Gainesville for UF graduation for my son. They uneven floor and unusual steps are nonnegotiable for anyone of any age. The yellow caution strips on the silly steps in silly places does not work... nor

We were in town for a wedding and this home had everything we needed. I will definitely look at this place again when I'm in town

Plenty of space for large groups. Good location. Walkable to basketball/football and many places to eat.

Communication was accurate and timely, home was clean, plenty of space for 5 of us to spread out and not be crowded. Location very convenient to campus, but neighborhood was quiet.

Spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large living room & kitchen for gathering. Close to campus. Would stay again.

Great location and stay, as advertised. 10minute walk to the stadium and midtown bars/restaurants. Will plan on staying again.

Our group was in town for a work trip and we had a fantastic stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Property host is very helpful. Property is clean and spacious. We had 8 people in our professional group and this property met all of our needs. Also allowed for each person to have their own space.

Too much cleaning solution left on counter tops - simple wipe down fixed everything.
