    We loved it. Location was perfect with great views. We didn’t realize we were close to the freeway and our view had the freeway in it, but it was still beautiful and we got used to the sound. The house was spacious and had a lot of what we needed.

    The property was as described. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice, with mostly other rental condos. The location was ideal for exploring Zion and surrounding areas. The view from the condo was pretty, but unfortunately the freeways are also part of the view and background noise. Upon our arrival we noticed a For Sale sign in the yard, then on the 3rd day we were contacted by the management/real estate co. Red Rocks, to ask if they could show the condo to a potential buyer. We declined. On the 5th day, we returned from an outing at 6pm to find that the management company entered the rental property without our consent or knowledge. The company apologized, stating that it was likely maintenance helping to move the trash from inside the garage to the curb. The instructions stated for the renter to move it to the curb on Thursday evening, which we planned to do. Since the home, with all of our belongings, is accessed through the garage, this felt inappropriate and intrusive. The following day, we arrived at 3pm to find a Red Rocks employee moving the bins to the side of the house. There were no instructions stating times to move bins (other than set out on Thursday evening, for Friday 7am pick-up). Overall, it was a very nice condo, but the management company entering the property without our permission was extremely off-putting.

    The property was perfect for our family. A nice big kitchen with everything we needed to cook, and a great outdoor grill. The views were fantastic. The house is at the end of a cul de sac so a bit more privacy. The neighborhood is very claustrophobic with houses, people and cars, but our location was away from most of that. A great working hot tub. The weather was cold, so we couldn't try the community pool - although it was jammed with kids anyway. Our only (small) complaint was no charging stations for electronics. We brought cords but there were not outlets for them. We had to go purchase appropriate outlet converters.

    This was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains over a golf course. It was everything we expected to make our vacation comfortable and complete. We did a lot of exploring and its location was close to everything we were interested in.

    We loved the house and area around. We hiked Zion and Bryce Canyon. Had an amazing UTV ride and hike in Crimson Canyon. Love the house very clean and manager was super!
