THE SPACE

Lennon House is a furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom home behind a private gate in Glassell Park. It is arranged for stays of 30 nights or longer, with the storage, laundry, kitchen equipment and private outdoor space that make a longer stay feel settled.

The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen and includes a 55-inch smart TV, books and games. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, Ninja blender, electric kettle and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes and glassware. A faucet-mounted water filter is available for drinking and cooking.

BEDROOMS

• Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, nightstands, bedside lamps and a vintage accent chair.
• Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirrors, nightstands, bedside lamps and an extra chair.
• Bedroom 3 has a full bed, desk with a comfortable chair, windows on two sides, a built-in wardrobe with extra shelving and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
• For a longer stay, the Bedroom 3 bed may be moved or removed by prior arrangement to create more room for an office, nursery or playroom.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The covered patio and yard are private to Lennon House. A tall cast-iron gate separates the yard from the shared driveway, and mature landscaping helps screen it from the street.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have the entire house, covered patio and private yard, along with two assigned parking spaces next to the house behind the main gate. The property contains five separate bungalows. Only the main gate and driveway are shared; Lennon House has its own entrance and outdoor space.

Self check-in is available anytime after 4:00 p.m. General arrival information is sent within 24 hours of check-in, and the gate and door access details are sent a few hours before arrival.


ARRIVAL

Self check-in is available after 5:00 p.m. We send general arrival information within 24 hours of check-in and the gate and door access details a few hours before arrival. After booking, we will ask for the license plate number of each vehicle using the gated parking.

CLEANING

For stays of 30 nights or longer, we recommend a professional clean every few weeks. You may use your own cleaner or ask us to arrange ours. We will agree on the timing and any cost in advance, and any host-arranged payment will be handled through Airbnb.

GARDEN AND MAINTENANCE

Outdoor maintenance may take place during the day when needed. We will let you know in advance. The team works outside only and does not enter the home. If the proposed timing is inconvenient, please message us.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No parties or events.

TRASH

Guests are responsible for putting the bins out on Monday evening for early Tuesday collection and returning them on Tuesday.

PETS
One small dog may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please add the dog to the reservation so Airbnb can include the $300 pet fee. Service animals and other assistance animals are handled separately under Airbnb policy and applicable law.

UTILITIES

Water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash service are included. We ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

If you would like to extend, please message us before the final weeks of your stay. We will confirm availability and price before sending any reservation change.

Glassell Park is a residential neighborhood in Northeast Los Angeles near Atwater Village, Elysian Valley, Mount Washington, Eagle Rock and Glendale. Lennon House faces a public park with a playground and splash pad directly across the street, while its private yard is screened by mature landscaping.

GETTING AROUND

The home includes two assigned off-street parking spaces behind the gate, next to or in front of the house. Additional free street parking is available outside the compound, subject to posted signs and availability. A bus stop is a couple of blocks away, Metro Micro serves the area, and Glendale Metrolink station is about a five-minute drive. The 2, 5 and 134 freeways are nearby. Travel times vary with traffic.
