Gated Lakeside Chateau Serenity

We were very pleased! Overall clean, plenty of room, very nicely decorated.

The house and property were fantastic for our family group(15). Plenty of space with bedrooms and great living space around TV area and kitchen. We took our boat (water ski)and rented a jetski, access to the public boat ramp is very close and very easy. The only reason it is not a 5 star all the way across is the property could use some maintenance. It is not a negative just that the house is lived in and some items are in need of repair. It has been a few years since some of the pictures. If I went around our group and asked 1 thing you would improve at the house they would say the water from the well. There is probably not much that can be done it is just something that took a little time to get used to. David was great to communicate with before and after the rental. I want to emphasize it is not a negative review just passing on information. We do not usually go back to places we stayed(like trying different places)but I would recommend this house.

It’s a nice big spacious open floor plan. Only has 4 bathrooms not 7. Rooms are big. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. And the water smelled so bad. Pool was not clear all week very cloudy and bottom had sand as dirt on it. Pool guy came the day before we was leaving and and said main stain was broken in the bottoms of the pool. Fishing off the dock is in shallow water. Overall I would say 3 1/2

We spent the month of February in this beautiful property. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Any issues we had were handled promptly by Jeremy. The lake, the pool, the sunsets all gorgeous!

We had a great time at the lake!! The house was very spacious and perfect for 4 families. We relaxed in the pool, drank wine on the dock, and made s’mores on the fire pit. The dock was perfect for our boat and we really enjoyed tubing on the lake. This is the perfect house for a group that just wants to chill by the lake.

Beautiful house with enough room for everyone to be comfortable...Great for our first family get together since Covid..All ages had an awesome time!

Good: beautiful house & pool. Bad: number of king beds not as advertised; bedroom with no windows (converted closet); no instructions with amenities (air conditioning, etc); additional fees for more than 12 occupants written in fine print; some furniture very old & broken.

We decided to stay in this beautiful home and were so happy we did. It’s very spacious has a lot of beds perfect for big families. Host was very attentive. We had a problem with the main TV and host fixed it immediately with no hesitation. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

A.C. had to be fixed twice. Hottub has No steps. Lake doesn't connect to other lakes as advertised. Pool heater didn't work until our third day there. Dock is nice but walkway needs repair.

We had a great time with 5 couples for a motorcycle trip! Plenty of room to spread out. Nice garage for our bikes. David and Jeremy were wonderful with meeting any requests we had and were quick to reply... Extremely helpful and accommodating! Great place! Highly recommend. One note: there are FOUR full baths and eight bedrooms. The listing states 7 baths. We will be back! Thank you David and Jeremy!
